OK it was the last trip of the day but that does not excuse grumpy driver who made a large and un acknowledged mistake in payment (refused to take a card ) or the poor quality of the audio guide, which degenerated into intelligibility two thirds of the way through. The staff was friendly and helpfulFirstly the driver didn’t even recognise Viator… he had to find someone else that dealt with tickets that it was ok. It was not even a hop on/off bus it just took you up to the castle, it was the only place you were offered to get off - no other stops 16euro per person was an absolute rip off.

Absolutely value for money.
