It was a lot of fun. My husband and I totally enjoyed ourselves. I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Lake Mead and the bridge and the dam. Mike was the best bus guide.

The Hoover Dam tour was excellent because of an exceptional tour operator, Michael, and the experiences he shared not only about Hoover Dam but also about the city of Las Vegas and the surrounding areas, the plants and animals, and his many antidotes. Hopefully when you take this tour you will have Michael for your operator. Seeing the inside operation of Hoover Dam cemented my respect for all those who worked and loss their lives for building this magnificent marvel of mankind.

Loved the driver - Michael! Informative and very humorous - the sights were extraordinary. Although the 69 steps to view the dam from the top were too strenuous for my husband - we were able to enjoy the sights around us.

We did the bus tour with Michael and it was fantasic. Michael was a great driver and guide. Very funny,knowledgeable and nice guy.

Fantastic tour. Mike was an incredible tour guide! He gave us a running commentary on many of the things we passed on the way to and from the dam. I was just expecting a bus ride, and got an entire Las Vegas tour with history lessons, information on water conservation, etc. Way better than expected!

The hoover dam is incredible and the tour definitely helped us to get up close and learn more. However, the journey was spoiled by people loudly watching TV on their phones and the guide did nothing to intervene. Additionally, the video shown towards the end of the bus tour was dated and boring, and only served to nauseate any non-American who does not buy into the cult of the American dream. I would encourage the organizers to rewatch the video and reflect on how it may propagate white supremacy (note the video's extremely tone deaf portrayal of indigenous Americans) and an idealized and unrealistic version of American history.

Mike was a great tour guide and was really funny! Got a bunch of historical stories and facts along the way. I would suggest purchasing the dam tour for $30

Great trip all round. Comfy clean bus. Mike the driver was well versed, knowledgable, entertaining and very friendly. 5 out 5! Very reasonable for what you get.

I was having an out-of-town visitor and the only thing she wanted to do was take a tour of the dam. I've lived in Vegas for over 25 years and have never taken one and had no desire to. However, she's a good friend so i booked the tour. I couldn't believe how much I enjoyed it! Our driver Mike was terrific and the tour was wonderful. So much information that I didn't know. The scenery was magnificent and it was a day I'll long remember. I highly recommend the tour to all.

Fun trip; lots of fun facts from the tour guide. He got us to the dam early so we get get the power plant tour before the crowds. Lots of great views of Lake Mead and a nice drive through Boulder City.

It was thrilling to finally visit such an historic site. The tour was a perfect length--it was not tiring and did not take a whole day. Note: The tour was advertised as beginning at 10 am when we actually had to be picked up at 8:30, so we did have to depart earlier than expected after a long flight the night before.

Exciting in elevator going so far down! The turbines were enormous and the moving cranes were neat. Understanding how much water & electricity is provided to many states from the Hoover Dam!

Was not provided an exact location of the pickup spot and was not able to find our bus. Was not given refund either.

Pickup went smoothly even when we changed location last minute. Tour was amazing and our guide was very accommodating.

The tour itself was fantastic and a def must on your list. Our bus driver was knowledgeable &funny. I am disappointed to be negative but you need to be aware that the arrangements to meet up were poor. The communication was disastrous unlike other Viator tours I’ve been on, this 3rd party Gray line made no attempt by text, phone or email the day / night before. So they take your money and then silence. Before I went to bed I text & emailed .. nothing. When I woke up the actual day of the tour I missed the email in my Inbox that they had sent st at 5am !! (3 hours prior to the 8.30 pick up !!) Which was a 20 min walk away.. Ridiculous way to manage a tour. In essence we missed our trip. When I tried to call Grayline we could not get through on their number published. I had to frantically message within the Viator App which was slow, I asked them to call me and they ignored I think they were AI as robotic answers. Eventually I asked Grayline to re book and they agreed but will charge me an extra $10 per person. This drama ruined the excitement and we had to move other things around to accommodate this rescheduled tour. We were luckily there was space on another day ! Lesson Learnt Viator feed this back to your 3rd party ! These trips are not cheap and they have an accountability to let you know and reach out to you. No other trip I done in the US with you had any of these issues !

We had so much fun with Tony. Great tour guide and great experience. thank u so much for everything. Hoping to do the grand canyon next time we come. We got some great pictures and just had such an awsome time. Can't wait for next time

We enjoyed the the no hassle pick up at the Bellagio and the hilarious sight seeing commentary by our guide and driver Mike. The stop at lake Mead, the overlook from the bridge at the dam and the tour of the dam was very interesting. A must do when in Vegas.
