Overview
Come join us on a culinary and cultural adventure as we take you on a walking tour (About 0.5 mile - 8 stops 13-16 tastings) beyond Oahu’s popular tourist destination to see and taste the unique cultures and foods that make Hawaii the melting pot of the world. On this walking tour, you will also experience Oahu’s architectural and historic character with a distinctive sense of time and place with a truly rich sensory experience. See, touch, smell, & taste your way - from the fresh fish & meat markets, fresh fruit vendors, ethnic and exotic foods to modern day fusion restaurants. This all-inclusion gastronomic food tour will leave you with a better understanding of Hawaii’s diverse history & multi-cultural heritage that has shaped local culture, food, & language.

Victor was an awesome tour guide! We went to many places we would not have discovered on our own, and had LOTS of delicious food. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly. It was a great way to get to know (and taste) Honolulu.

We were so very excited to have been able to take this tour. Victor was in touch with us before our tour and as we were being picked up from our cruise ship terminal. The tour started with friendly greetings from Victor and the other four participants. This tour of authentic food in a part of town not normally visited by tourists was fantastic! Not only did Victor take us to well established places, but he was very knowledgeable, fun, and professional. Be sure you do not eat before the tour, you will be more than satisfied at the end of the tour. All the food was wonderful to try, some not my first choice, but try it all. The experience will be memorable. Also, make sure you are well rested, this is a walking tour, too, including stairs and busy market areas where you must dodge carts and people. This is a definite must do for a real taste of Asian cuisine!Erica_B

Great food, great tour! We came home stuffed and with leftovers. Make sure to skip breakfast, or you're never going to have a chance at keeping up!

Victor was amazing, funny and knowledgeable. He assessed our level of intrepid foodiness and was excited to share everything he knew. Walking through Chinatown and its markets provided a view of Honolulu many visitors miss.

I loved seeing all the fruits, veggies that I have never seen before. We also appreciated the small group. Our guide was such a gentleman and his van was very clean. Great communication and all in all a nice way to spend the morning and you will have plenty of leftovers for supper! I would do ...
