The meeting point was a little confusing as we were given one address and everyone else in our group another one. So it seemed we were late but not intentionally. Also when we called the two numbers listed on the account, only the second one answered. Our tour was during busy holiday period which could have been factored into some of the stops we tried to make because they were very crowded and we had to wait around in several instances. Most people were good sports about this but in future, that's something to note. You probably want to give the guide a flag or some sort of signal to wave when walking through the crowds, especially after dark, as it got very dark, very quickly.Our guide was very knowledgeable and had very good English. We were able to try many varieties of street food and learn about the traditional culture and history around them. The puppet show was another great insight into Vietnamese culture, and something very unique we had never experienced before.

We loved all the food and the restaurant/stall owners were so friendly. The water puppet show was incredible! Such skilled puppeteers and musicians.
