Our guide Kimi was very nice, professional & helpful. The van was not luxurious or limo, it was run down. We went on another tour and we were expecting similar type. But overall it was a nice tour!

The bus is upscale and has wifi. The guide, Johnny, and the driver were top notch. Lunch and bike ride were both great. This is a really great day trip from Hanoi for a very reasonable price.

We took the Ninh Binh tour with the company where we visited Tam Coc - Hang Mua - Hoa Lu. The driver did an excellent job navigating safely in the rain and our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Overall, it was an amazing experience getting to know the ancient history of Vietnam and explore Ninh Binh province.

Booked the cruise through Natalie who was totally amazing so helpful and knowledgeable. From pick up to drop off was perfect! Collected by delux 8 seater supplied with water and taken to destination of ha long bay. The boat was out of this world showers, towels, closomat toilets and even tiny gym / all staff totally professional friendly and informative. It was not over crowded. Natalie was spot on choosing this trip for us. The meal was a six course best imaginable restaurant meal top standard and they catered for needs. Kayaking and swimming this was a trip not to be missed. Thank you Natalie

Stayed at Madame Moon for 5 nights and had a great time. Natalie was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on the local scene, excursions and booked everything for us! We took a trip to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh and had a spa day, all arranged by the hotel and Natalie and it truly gave us the opportunity to just enjoy Hanoi without worry. All the tour guides were extremely pleasant, genuine and friendly. Would absolutely recommend all :)

We stayed at Madame Moon for 5 nights and Natalie helped us book several different excursions during our time in Hanoi and it honestly made our trip! She helped us determine what was the best price for value, made sure we were always on time, and checked in during the trip to make sure it met our expectations. I'd highly recommend this place if you want easy, no hassle service.

Natalie was our consultant & helped select the tour that suited us on the day (a bit hot for the mountain climb so we didn't take that option). The scenery is breathtaking & the boat ride a beautiful & relaxing experience with crystal clear water & extensive caves. Natalie's English is excellent as was our tour guide, & she also booked our taxi back to the airport (30% cheaper than the hotel), gave advice on the best places to eat & even offered to get someone to deliver a really good egg coffee to us while we waited for the taxi.

Schöne Tour Die sehr gut geplant wurde und ein umfangreiches und gut gestaltetes Programm hatte. Empfehlung! Mua Cave hat zwar ein paar Stufen, aber ein herrlicher Ausblick ist ein guter Lohn.
