The tour started with the guide not knowing where to pick us up. It was downhill from there. Our guide seemingly had no plan or route. We would arrive at destinations only to find them closed. He would abandon the group mysteriously. It was so odd that other tour guides from other companies actually remarked upon it when they saw us wandering aimlessly. “We stay with our groups” they told us. Must be nice. The final straw was when we arrived at the Hornblower boat ride. The entire group had purchased tickets through the tour company, but when we arrived at the launch (minus our guide. He had long abandoned us), we all found that our tickets were expired. The Hornblower crew were able to allow us to board… eventually. Following the ride we were forced once again to trek on foot to a distant location… on our own… to once again meet our guide. When confronted with the reality of this ridiculous situation, our guide flat denied anything was amiss. We ate our lunch. We paid for it after all! But afterwards parted ways with our guide and forewent the rest of the “tour”. Essentially, there was no tour. There certainly was no guide. If we could award less than one star we would. For some context- this was the day of the solar eclipse which I had been looking forward to and planning for 5 years especially due to the fact it was also my birthday. I planned everything well EXCEPT this tour where I trusted that our guide would have the plan and also know where we would be during the eclipse. It was great when he had to ask the group what time everything was happening. It was also a surprise that our lunch was simply at our own hotel at the buffet where we ate the night before. Very disappointed to eat the same food over and again without even a view. We were all supposed to see Skylon Tower and instead we had to ASK for the tickets and go on our own the next day. We were also supposed to see 2 other sites like the Floral clock and something else but the guy just wasn’t letting us know what we were passing and when he did he say “on your Left - no, Right actually” He also had all the enthusiasm and knowledge of a baked potato. This “tour” was the least fun and engaging tour I’ve ever been on and the low point of our whole experience and my birthday. Don’t book this tour EVER!!!

You advertise a cruise and lunch and instead we had a bus ride and lunch. I had a car I could have take the drive myself. This is not right to advert something that was not in season. The tour director never said anything until I asked him about the boat ride and he said there is not boat. You also advertise the zip line and the zip line is not in season. I am asking for a refund or partial refund because the bus ride and lunch cannot cost $225 per person.

The fall colours were beautiful. The guide was knowledgeable of the area. The drive by the Niagra River was breathtaking.

Our host was amazing. Very accommodating. Loved all the stops. Definitely got up and personal with the Falls behind them and mist from the boat.

Mostly everything was great! Just some confusion about being sure we were getting picked up at our hotel. I called 3 times to make sure we were gettin picked up, but the confirmations came through keep asking me to put down a pick up point as my reservation wasn’t complete? Even the morning of tour, I waited 10 minutes after time we were supposed to be picked up and called, and sure enough, I think tour guide wasn’t sure. Luckily he picked us up 15 minutes later, and I was glad I called. We got last 2 seats. Also, I think this tour should, either include lunch for everyone, or don’t offer lunch at all and just let everyone have an hour to do whatever. Way too confusing and time consuming to try and find everyone to continue tour. Tom, our guide, was excellent!

Behind the falls and lunch was good. Not happy they were supyto pick us up At the KOA Lundy. We had to drive and pay for parking. Had a long walk to the Skylon tower. You owe us for the parking and inconvenience!

This is an absolute must do. Our guide, John, was extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much more about the area than we would have on our own. The group was small (9) which made it very easy for us to navigate around together. Lunch was very good too! The Journey Behind this Falls and the Boat ride were our absolute favorites, dress to get wet!!!! Some in our group didn’t sign up for all of the ‘extras’ (Skylon Tower, Journey behind the fall, Boat ride, Lunch) would highly recommend saving the hassle, splurge, and do them all, you will be so glad you did.

The trip was awesome. My grandchildren feels they learned so much about the falls. Thanks another good job.

We had such a great time yesterday. Gary was a great driver & guide. We loved every aspect of our tours & spent some time talking with others on our tour. We appreciated all Gary did for us.

The tour guide was personable, knowledgeable, and funny. The driving tour covered many points of interest on my personal list of things to do. The boat cruise was great fun, and we were not disappointed in experiencing the waterfalls! Lunch was delicious, with a good variety of foods offered. I would do it all again.

This was through Zoom tours. We did not receive 1/2 of the items our tour advertised. There were many other tours for 1/2 the cost that included what we actually did see and do. We deserve 1/2 refund as half of the items and attractions were not included. There was no water, no souvenirs, no entry to the park, and no floral clock. So basically we paid $610 USD for lunch, 15 minute boat tour, 30 min journey behind the falls and 30 minute skylon tower. We were missing 4 promised items. I will not use Zoom tours again. They negotiated ZERO refund with us.

Lots of fun having a tour instead of trying to do it on our own. Fabio was a very good and knowledgeable guide.

I really enjoyed the tour. The guide was very good and informative. It covered all the main attractions and more. I recommend including the lunch.

Our driver (Raz) was excellent and the overall experience was great. It was a full day so plan accordingly.

The skip the line tour behind the falls and Hornblower boat were excellent, with no waiting and an exhilarating experience. Our tour guide/driver Gary was wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. The buffet lunch at the Crowne Plaza was good value for money and a decent selection of food. We were paired with another group whose guide was Fabio - he was rude, abrasive, insulting and continuously shouting at the group, so much so that our family and another family left the tour after lunch as we did not want to endure any more of his horrible and demeaning behavior.

Our tour guide Tom was very engaging, and very knowledgeable. He tried to know all the names of the guests on his tour. He made our tour experience very enjoyable. We had a great time. Jay and Lisa

Very well organized for the boat ride and falls tour. Our guide Tom was very loud and consistently spoke about tips which was very annoying. He was informative though. Lunch was not good. It was a buffet style in the Crown Plaza. Especially due to Covid this should not be a consideration. They had no soda and poor choices. They should give you a choice of one of 3 selections when you board the bus and by the time lunch comes around go to a sit down restaurant like a hard rock and eat your selection . Another choice is a lunch voucher for a set amount and eat where you want. We are requested a lunch refund from Tripadvisor as we ate elsewhere.

The Tour bus was overbooked. one guy sat on a lunch cooler next to driver. My wife and I didn't even get to sit with each other. ABSOLUTLEY no COVID-19 procedures were followed. the guy I had to sit next to on the bus didn't wear his mask. several of the passengers were mask less. the bus driver never once wore a mask on the bus.. We did NOT need proof of vaccination for the tour. the bus driver broke several traffic laws was even passing cars unsafely. The lunch at the Secret Garden was the worst food in Niagara Falls. we were served cold cream of broccoli soup made by Campbells. the Chicken Parm as they called it had no cheese and was a pre-made chicken patty that was extremely "woody" the spaghetti was cold and over cooked. the only good part was the Hornblower boat ride. I would actually rate this experience a negative 5
