Exceptional experience, very knowledgeable guide whom was warm, friendly and very family centric ensuring all ages enjoyed segwaying. Stunning location, lot's of fun and one of the best family activities we had in KL.

Excellent probably can't describe the enjoyable experience we had as this was the best part of our entire vacation. We were able to cover a significant amount of the area using the Segway. Our guide Nick was top notch, the Segway is phenomenal and we can't imagine anyone not able to have fun. On a scale of 1-10, this was a 15. If we get back to Putrajaya again we will setup a repeat tour. If Nick covers other areas we'll also not hesitate to do a similar tour. Most tourists were envious of us as they slowly walked in the heat trying to enjoy the city as we did laps around them :) Nick is also phenomenal with photos and videos and he took so many for great memories!

This tour was wonderful. Worth every penny. So much fun and Nickki was amazing, he made the experience so easy and worth while! Recommend for everyone to do.

This was a very fun, yet informative tour and Nick was so lovely. He was very patient with us whilst we got to grips with using the Segway and he took plenty of pictures throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone as we had a lot of fun and the Segway’s added to the enjoyable experience.

First experience with the segways eco ride was amazing. It was easy to learn and we managed to handle it well. I was impressed with Nickki, our tour guide, who guided us around Putrajaya with truly informative & educational content. We learned a lot during the whole tour. We have so much fun and highly recommended if anyone wants to see Putrajaya without walking.

Getting used to using the e-scooters before the tour began was already quite an experience. Guided well by the tour guide which showed everyone with extreme patience how to operate and be safe on these units that would be the main mode of transport for the entire tour. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, checking out some areas of Putrajaya that usually wouldn't have been explored without someone who would guide you to some of the hidden attractions around the entire area. Not having to walk was a plus and definitely fun navigating the streets and sidewalks with the e-scooter, which means the commutes between locations were not boring at all. Our guide had very very good knowledge and shared stories that are insightful even to a local Malaysian. There is 1 rest stop in the middle of the tour in a convenience store which you may purchase refreshments or light snacks. Some things I would advise for future patrons: 1. Wear sneakers 2. Hat/Cap is highly recommended to get shade from the sun 3. Apply UV protection for those with sensitive skin 4. A small face towel would be good for wiping away sweat in this lovely tropical heat 5. Sunglasses as some sections can get bright, especially when on the road 6. Backpack to store your items 7. Water bottle for those who love drinking water every few mins 8. Charged-up mobile phone or camera A fun activity and trip to remember in Putrajaya.

We had the best time on this tour. First off, Segways are just plain fun. We really enjoyed riding them. Second, Putrajaya is beautiful and interesting and so big we would have gotten very tired walking to see the sites. We learned so much and had a wonderful time!

We had such a great ride with Nickki despite conditions being against us. At first we weren't allowed into the KL eco park (the park had changed its rules on electric scooters and Segway). But this wasn't a problem and we were quickly taken to the city of Putrajaya as an alternative. Then the thunderstorms came so we got a guided tour of the city by car until conditions improved and we could go riding! The ride itself was very picturesque and interesting with the guide very knowledgeable about all areas. He also took many photos and videos of us to remember our grear afternoon. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the KL area.

Once Nickki had given us our training we set off. 2 hours of fun and laughter followed. A beautiful city seen in a great way. Nickki was so knowledgeable and made our day memorable.

Great fun! A lovely way to explore Putrajaya, the lake, beautiful gardens, mosques and the government buildings. Interesting and informative, would definitely recommend this activity. We loved it! Thank you so much.

It was so much fun, had the best time. I went with my boyfriend and brother and we enjoyed it! Must try this!! It’s so knowledgable and lots of laughs and giggles. The guide was amazing. He told us all the information we wanted to hear and more. Gave us a fantastic tour. Honestly, I’d go again!! I had the best time ever. It was a long journey but felt so short in the same time. We went all the place and even on a lift!! That was awesome. You have to try this if you ever want to go a tour around Putrajaya. He was so nice. I got lots of pictures from him too. The guide was helpful and showed us the way. Was very safe. Just had the best time. A must try!!

I just loved the tour and the information about the plants and the park. Nickki has been really informative and knew so much about it, it was really great! I had a lot of fun in this beautiful park.

This was my first trip to Putrajaya and my first time riding a segway. Nickki (our tour guide), did an amazing job showing us around the city on a segway!!! I highly recommend this to everyone! Maybe I’ll do this again when I come back to Malaysia… 😀

My visiting brother and I had the most incredible 2.5 hour Segway Tour of Putrajaya thanks to the bestest Tour Guide Nickki from Eco Ride Malaysia on Sunday. We covered over 10 kms and learnt about the architecture and botanical wonders whilst zapping around on the Segways. As if things can’t get better than that, Nickki is also a professional photographer and took zillions of videos and photos on his unicycle of us. I highly recommend this tour for both local Malaysians and visitors alike! I have visited Putrajaya (the administrative capital of Malaysia) many many times for work but did not know what a jewel Putrajaya is to Malaysia’s crown!

It was the best activity that I have done during my stay in Malaysia. I highly recommend to everyone. I did it with my almost 70 years old parents and they enjoyed it a lot. It was the very first segway ride for all 3 of us and everybody enjoyed it. Thanks to the suuper-patience and guidence of our tour guide: Nickki Cheah. It is such a biiiig difference, how are you visiting a city: by foot or on segway. We became big fans of the segway. Thanks again! I would rebook this trip anytime!

Booked this tour based on glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and thoroughly enjoyed it. 5-star reviews entirely justified. Nickki is an amazing host and highlights the history of the various buildings and points out all the best spots for pictures. He takes excellent quality stills and videos. The segways are very easy to use - it takes only a few minutes to feel comfortable, even as a complete novice. Cannot recommend it enough. The best thing we have done in KL- far better than Twin Towers etc. Family of four- tour undertaken in August 2023.

This is such a great way to see the sights of Putrajaya! Nick was an excellent guide and explained how to use the machines very clearly. He also took some great photos & videos. If you want to do something different while sightseeing - this is perfect & excellent fun.
