I booked a guided e-bike tour with lunch. I tried calling the business and emailing the owner several times prior to the rental date to clarify details and never received a response. On the day of the rental, I showed up at the specified location, which was a dirt turnaround with several junked cars, trash, and a dilapidated shed. After calling and texting the business, I received a text asking if I could use assistance. I texted back the situation and about 20 minutes later a woman showed up and opened the shed. I asked about the guide and lunch and she said she had no idea about any of that - she was just "the housekeeper". She said the 800 number is never picked up and goes straight to voicemail but gave me the owner's number. When I called, it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. At this point I felt the entire episode was ridiculous and requested a full refund via text and email. I didn't receive a response and am now disputing the charge on my credit card. I would not use this business again. Our guide, Tyee, made the experience fun. He was helpful, personable and easy to be around. The location of the bikes was a bit trashy, but you’re only there for a minute, so didn’t effect the experience.

Loved our guide…he was so understanding of our large group and our different needs but… be sure you know how to ride a regular bike before attempting to ride an e-bike! Actually e-bikes are more like scooters or mini-bikes- there is a throttle and varying speeds. Take your time slowly, learning how it feels to go fast. Once we got the hang of it, we sped along the quiet, dusty roads, marveling at this beautiful part of our country! Thanks for an unique tour of beautiful Temecula - I thought we were in Europe! My husband and I paid for a guided E bike Tour of Temecula Wine country including lunch and snacks. My husband and I paid for a guided E bike Tour of Temecula Wine country including lunch and snacks. On the morning of the tour, we were given the option to cancel our booking and get a refund or go on a self guided tour with a map and complementary vouchers for wine tasting to make up for the lack of a tour guide and lunch. We opted for the self guided tour. A very friendly “handyman“ picked us up from our hotel. He brought us down a dirt road to a shed that contained the E bikes. They weren’t organized. The helmets were lacking buckles and they did not have a large size for my husband. I was initially given a bike with a dead battery, so the handyman changed it out for me. He admitted that he did not have experience with the bikes, but he was very friendly and helpful. He did not know anything about the map or the vouchers. He called the tour operator and was told to pre-pay for us at a winery. He let us go off on the bikes and he went and bought our vouchers. We saw him at the winery and it was a good thing, because the battery on my E bike depleted. He told us he would go get a new bike for me while we were at the tasting. When we finished our tasting, our bikes were outside. Unfortunately, my replacement bike had a flat tire. At this point, we had enough. We called the handyman. He picked us up and brought us to another winery for a slushy that he had told us about earlier. He then brought us back to our hotel. As much as he tried to make up for the shoddy equipment and poor organization, he could not. I contacted the tour operator to ask for a partial refund and have not heard back. Stay away from this company unless you want to ruin your vacation.Loved experiencing Temecula wine country on e-bikes! Just bring outside and having the choice to move the body in between consuming wine is a terrific balance ;)

Anthony was very friendly and accomodating! He was the only part of the tour that was great.. The e-bikes were good fun, but the tour scheduling was none existent, two of the three wineries we couldn't get any tasting as there was no scheduled tastings, we just turned up and hoped to get in. We were three people, they could have scheduled this to guarantee the 3 tastings and then out tour said "lunch, dinner and snacks and water" and we got supermarket sandwiches which we had to eat in the parking lot at one of the wineries as there was no where planned to seat and eat and then dinner was not understood by the tour guide to be included so we just got another round of exactly the same sandwiches. No drinks or water until asked. We alerted the tour on booking to one vegetarian in our party in advance and were told it would be a green salad wrap and quinoa. it ended up being a chicken wrap and side of quino. Certainly not a $150 trip per person. Take uber or lyfts and feed yourself at the wineries, it will be far cheaper and you can schedule a tour and guarantee yourself a tasting. Giant waste of money.
