The address provided in the ticket is incorrect. My friends and I took a taxi to the provided address, which was a 55 minute walk from the actual winery. When we called the contact provided from trip advisor, he was very aware of the mistake in the ticket, but did nothing about it when we booked it. Since we took a taxi from Florence to Greve in Chianti, it was impossible to find a taxi to take us to the winery. The provided contact did nothing to help us, and we didn’t even make it to the tour. Complete waste of money due to insufficient information and lack of effort by the tour guide. We spent the best afternoon at this tiny winery. Delicious lunch with scrumptious wine pairings. Could not have asked for more.We travelled from Florence for a break from the hustle and bustle and Maurizio did not disappoint in providing us with a fabulous wine tasting and tour experience. We opted for the wine tasting with lunch, which was bellissimo! Please make this your first choice for wine tasting in Chianti.

We had such a good time at the vineyard! It was a little hard to find -- I'd definitely recommend taking a taxi or driving instead of taking the bus, as the vineyard was far from the Montefiorlatte bus stop -- but as soon as we arrived, we forgot all about it! Beware, though, that the actual address is a little off -- when finding the vineyard via google maps, search the name "Azienda Agricola Maurizio..." instead. Maurizio was so friendly and lively, and gave us a great introductory talk about wines and Chianti and a walk around the vineyard. He also showed us the barrels and storeroom for his wine and olive oil. Then we tried 5 delicious wines, as well as his olive oil and various accompaniments to the wine, at the little tasting area enclosed by beautiful glass windows. Such a good experience -- one of the highlights of our trip! Maurizio was even kind enough to give us a ride to the bus stop after the tasting. Definitely a steal for the price, and I'd highly recommend to any travelers.Maurizio, the owner of the winery accompanied us all the time during our visit - he explained us the origin of the Chianti Classico brand, guided us through his vineyard, showed us where the wine is produced and then made a tasting with us, during which we tasted five wine samples accompanied by ...
Maurizio, the owner of the winery accompanied us all the time during our visit - he explained us the origin of the Chianti Classico brand, guided us through his vineyard, showed us where the wine is produced and then made a tasting with us, during which we tasted five wine samples accompanied by suitable snacks as well as products from Maurizio's extra virgin olive oil. We ended the visit with lunch, serving pasta cooked in red wine with cheese, pancetta and fresh sage, pork tenderloin with roasted potatoes and creamy mousse with chocolate. Maurizio and his wife proved to be great hosts, so we were leaving them extremely satisfied and with a lots of their products. We can really recommend this visit to everyone!
