After hotel pickups are finished you will depart immediately to Grand Canyon West. Travel time between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon is around three hours each way. Your driver will provide an expert commentary along the route, returning you to Las Vegas in time for a night out on the town. All vehicles are climate controlled and equipped with reclining seats, video monitors, restrooms and over-sized windows.

You will be flown 4, 000 feet to the base of the Canyon where you will have approximate 15-minute to enjoy the serenity of the Colorado River. The spectacular Grand Canyon Skywalk (if option selected) is where you can take a walk over the edge of the canyon on a glass bridge. Next to the Skywalk is the Indian Village where you can explore Native American history and culture with replica dwellings and performances of traditional dances.

I was informed that she will send me an email with all the information we needed for the tour but she did not. I had to call multiple times to ask for details. I got to the pick up locations on time but there were few bus there. I had to ask each one of them to check if they are our bus. Alexis could of email us all the information e.g. bus number, driver name, what kind of bus etc in advance so all the anxiety and hassles will be avoided.salliemarie

Had a great time, Wish my husband was with me, but came down sick so he was not able to experience it. We had called the evening before and asked if we could get refunded for our tickets but they said no because of the 24 hr notice, which is understandable. My husband had come down sick and did not feel he should go, so I told them that is was probably going to be just one person, not two being picked up the next morning from GrayLine. So the next morning I was going to get on shuttle and the driver basically ignored me because there was 4 people waiting to get on bus at our hotel and I was the 5th but according to his sheet, there was only 4 people. They had our name as "NOT GOING TO BE AT PICKUP. Big Miscommunication. So the Driver, Freddy called and see what he could do since his bus was going to be full at the next pick up and so I had to get off and wait for another bus. So as I was waiting, Freddy got a call from HQ and got some other info at which I was able to get back on the bus with Freddy and be on our way! YAAAA!! So it all worked out well! Thanks to Freddy and the people at Grayline for understanding the mixup!F3461RKchristinec

We had a great time experiencing the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with Freddy as our guide. He gave clear instructions, and amazing background info on the history and people in the area. The Canyon is very organized with shuttles to all the different points of interest. We enjoyed a yummy lunch at Eagle point(inc in the price of the ticket). The view was spectacular. The Hoover Dam was incredible. Freddy did a great job telling us how long we could stay, keeping us on track. There was one couple 10 minutes late getting back to bus. I would highly recommend this trip. I did a lit of research and so glad with my choice!!!82paulu

The tour was very well run, informative, comfortable, and went as advertised. Freddy, the driver, was a gem and a font of knowledge. I've been to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, but this gives a different perspective. I highly recommend it, perhaps with the heli add-on.

Bus should arrive on time. More information should be given about place being toured. Was told pamphlet would be provided, but was not. Did not know what to expect and missed one of the tour's main attraction because we ran outoftime. . Would like a do over.
