Please Note: Last ticket is sold at 4:45 p.m. from March to November and varies as days get longer or shorter going into and out of the summer. Please be aware that Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time. Thus, during the winter months, Grand Canyon West is on Mountain Standard Time and is a full hour ahead of California and Nevada, which are on Pacific Standard Time. When DST is being observed, beginning in March, the time at Grand Canyon West is the same as the time in Las Vegas and California.
Duration: 4 hours
Visit: Grand Canyon Skywalk, Eagle Point Rd Grand Canyon West, AZ 86434
This 10-foot wide, horseshoe-shaped glass bridge extends 70 feet out over the rim of the Grand Canyon. Look down and you can see right through the glass platform 4, 000 feet to the floor of the Canyon below. This engineering marvel offers unparalleled views of one of the world’s Seven Natural Wonders.
Nervous about walking on glass almost a mile above the floor of the Grand Canyon? Have no fear—the Skywalk is strong enough to hold seventy fully loaded 747 passenger jets.
After walking the Sky visit the Skywalk Gift Shop and pick up souvenirs to remember your walk and the grandeur of the Canyon.
Duration: 30 minutes
Visit: Eagle Point Road, Eagle Point Rd, Arizona 86434, USA
While the Skywalk is certainly a highlight, there’s much more to enjoy here at Eagle Point, which was named after a natural rock formation that looks like an eagle. You can watch Native American dances in the amphitheater, visit the Native American Village, and shop at Creations by Native Hands located by the Native American Village.
Duration: 1 hour
Visit: Guano Point, Peach Springs, AZ 86434, USA
One of the most dramatic viewpoints of the Grand Canyon, this location is anything but a quick stop. Take the “Highpoint Hike” for stunning, 360-degree views of the Canyon. Be careful because there are no railings. Visit the remnants of a historic tram that once stretched 8, 800 feet across the canyon to a guano mine. Dine right on the edge of the canyon at Guano Point Café and peruse Native American jewelry and crafts while interacting with Tribal Members at the Hualapai Market.

The sunset was awesome. We were the only ones left to witness this show of colors. Unfortunately the Skywalk was closed due to unfortunate circumstances. Hopefully I will receive a refund for the two tickets purchased in advanced for the Skywalk. Great day without the skywalk.

Grand’ Canyon West Rim is a well organized tourist trap. Reviews indicate it is same or better as Grand Canyon south Rim which is the biggest lie ever. There are 2 observation points only and a family of 4 has to pay 160 USD to enter while in Grand Canyon South Rim you enter for a 35 USD allowing 7 days entry with a car and you can walk for endless trails. As a further element there is no real restaurant or market in the Grand Canyon west Rim in a radio is of 2 hours drive, so you are trapped with the low quality and expensive fast food offered there all of which close between 4 to 6 pm. Only one recommendation: avoid Grand Canyon West Rim at all cost!!Loved every moment at Grand Canyon West - from the Skywalk experience to the Hualapai tacos. Joshua trees, scenic views, well- organized shuttles, and friendly staff made our day incredible! We drove from Las Vegas, and the beautiful geography on the drive, itself, was amazing.

8/4/22 travel beware, felt like we got suck into a tourist trap and no way out but suck it up to their mercy, cost of the ticket change without notice. (Family of 4 had to $77 each, plus tax. I think I writing is going to be deleted as this point. Travel 2hrs plus from Vegas to get to this trap, like everyone said big parking lot then go to tent to pay. Wait in line for about 3 buses (20+ minutes) then bus take you to the sky rim. We’ll hope for better as I type this while waiting for bus and in line. Again must do your own search to prepare yourself when head to this place. Happy travel and be safe
