During our scheduled winetasting we make taste to our guests the selection of our best lables and we always include a tour of the winery Cellar, we introduce in English our Winery and main vinification techniques.Winetasting of a selection of 4 labels, will be reinforced with light lunch composed by cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta with extravergin olive oil.
Guided tastings include an explanation of the main winemaking techniques in English and a visit of the Winery and cellar.
Our company philosophy is to continue to focus on the production of quality wines, to make them known throughout export in all the world, also thanks to wine tastings directly in the winery, where our goal is to involve our clients and let them live an emotional experience, to discover the history, the various stages of processing, the traditional methods of winemaking that bring fruits of vineyards into a glass of wine …

- During Winetasting we will introduce you all characteristics of the products and our main grapes
- Our vineyards are extended for 14.50 hectares of which 7.25 are cultivated for the production of Vernaccia di San Gimignano white grapes and 7.25 hectares for the Chianti Colli Senesi and San Gimignano DOC.
- Our main wines produced exclusively from grapes grown in our vineyards in San Gimignano are:
- Vernaccia di S. Gimignano Traditional Docg
- Near public transportation
- Vernaccia di S. Gimignano Riserva - "Isabella" (matured in barrels for about 24 months)
- Chianti Colli Senesi Docg (100% Sangiovese selection)
- San Gimignano Rosso Doc - Botticello" (Sangiovese Selection 70% + 30% Merlot and Syrah, aging in oak barrels for about 2 years, bottle aging for a minimum of 18 months)
- Vinsanto San Gimignano Doc (fermentation in barrels and caratelli of 100 liters for 4 years, aging in bottle for at least 18 months)
- We also produce an excellent Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with very high quality and limited production (acidity 0.1% only first pressing, cold pressing method)
- At the end of Wine Tour you will visit our Wine Store where you can choose also to buy wines and oil at special discounted price!
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Most travelers can participate
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

We‘ve enjoyed visiting this organic place. Luigi showed us the process and we’ve tasted great wines combined with some cheese and meat. Of course we’ve bought our favourite wines and oil(!)

Sono stata a visitare questa cantina, durante un weekend enogastronomico nella bella Toscana. La cantina non è molto grande ma funzionale, il ragazzo che ci ha spiegato i vari passaggi ai quali l'uva viene sottoposta ed i vini in degustazione è stato esaustivo. A fine tour ci siamo accomodati tra...
Sono stata a visitare questa cantina, durante un weekend enogastronomico nella bella Toscana. La cantina non è molto grande ma funzionale, il ragazzo che ci ha spiegato i vari passaggi ai quali l'uva viene sottoposta ed i vini in degustazione è stato esaustivo. A fine tour ci siamo accomodati tra le barriques ed abbiamo assaggiato la selezione di vini di loro produzione, accompagnati da salumi, formaggi e una zuppa tipici. Buona la Vernaccia Isabella e il Chianti, è possibile anche la spedizione a domicilio, così adesso possiamo gustare un po' di Toscana, anche da casa. 👍👍👍Muriel_R
