What to expect
Master the most delicious of all Italian arts from the pros, discover the tricks of the trade and make authentic, genuine pizza and gelato. Meet our chef and follow his cues, he will illustrate, and demonstrate, the secrets which lie behind picture-perfect, scrumptious pizza.
While the dough rests take a break to savor a selection of our premium Diadema wines and olive oil before learning another, unique, trick of the trade: making gelato and the cone for it! Hear all about the history of Italian ice-cream, discover the raw ingredients and learn where the best are produced from your entertaining chef. Mix the ingredients and whet your appetite watching the chocolate melt into the cream.
At the end of your pizza making class you will receive a Certificate of Attendance and full Recipe Digital Booklet to keep and use once back home with your friends and family.

The class was wonderful. Very difficult to find. Everyone that attended had trouble finding where the class took place. Better directions are needed.

This was so much fun! Chef Francessco was amazing! Our group had a blast and got to meet so many other cool travelers. Learning how to make pizza from scratch blew us away. The gelato and cookie too. The organizer made an extra effort to accommodate one of our members with gulten and dairy allergies which made the night so less stressful. Our member was nervous at first, didnt want to ruin the rest of the groups evening and ended up having a great time! Can’t wait to go home and try it again and when we return sign up for another class.Wad the most amazing time!! Jiacommo and Alessio are super fun, professional and the greatest teachers! This is a must experience when in Milano!
