Overview
After about an hour in the castle we'll walk through the narrow streets of the old town through the interesting churchyard. I'll point out interesting shops and places to eat as we stroll down to the quayside to see the oldest building in Conwy and the Smallest House in Great Britain learning about the bridges and the tunnel over the Conwy Estuary. The tour ends at Plas Mawr the finest Elizabethan town house in Britain with admission included for a self-guided tour

We'll have a photoshop here and learn about its history and occupants

Stroll along learning about the tides, the fishing boats and the buildings
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Conwy Suspension Bridge, Conwy Road, Conwy LL32 8LD Wales
We will see and learn about all the bridges and the tunnel of the Conwy estuary
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Church of St Mary & All Saints, St Mary's Church Rose Hill Street, Conwy LL32 8LD Wales
We'll stroll the graveyard learning the stories of the occupants

She managed to keep the kids interested throughout and very patiently answered all their questions. We definitely recommend booking a tour with Amanda, the castle really comes alive and you can almost picture what went on during those times when Amanda tells you all the stories :)I cannot recommend this highly enough! I cannot recommend this highly enough! We are traveling to several castles during our 9-day trip, and with Amanda’s tour, this experience was by far our favorite. The castle itself is of course magical, but with her narration (not a script, very engaging and conversational), it was MUCH more interesting. When back in this area, we will definitely seek out any tour she does! Everyone found it fascinating— even the 7-year old who initially didn’t seem into it was asking all sorts of questions within 5 minutes of Amanda starting her magic. And the history buff adults also got rich new information.Amanda is a very informative guide, she made the history of Conwy come alive. This is a brilliant tour for anyone new to Conwy - highly recommended and would love to try some of Amanda's other tours in the very near future - thank you!
