If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

It was my first time in Jeju (but not my first time in South Korea) and I was very happy with their service. My friends and I were here for semi-business holiday trip. Unfortunately, we came at the very bad timing, due to typhoon and heavy rains but they handled the situations very well and offered us so many alternative places. They took us to many great places such as hyeopjae beach, bunker de lumieres, seongsan sunrise peak, and recreational forest, as well as experience some workshop such as tangerine tart making and candle making. Our guide, June, was really kind, patient, dependable and informative. She can explain anything you need, which was very important to us. I really recommend this tour if you are traveling to Jeju. If I have a chance to visit Jeju in the future, I definitely will use their tour service again. Jin (Our Guide) is always fast in responding to our inquiries whether it was through email or chat. He really tried to understand us to give the best recommendation for us. Jin is very knowledgable about local attractions, culture and history so there are plenty of stories that we can listen to during the drive from one place to the other. He was also a very considerate person who always thought about our comfort during the tour. Our family loved the places he brought and he was always very flexible with the itinerary. We chilled at cafes, did trekking, went to beaches, and even explored local restaurants too.
