They made sure the itinerary aligned with our timelines and made plenty of suggestions to help make our experience great! Margaux really helped in explaining the area and making sure we had all our questions answered all in a very personable manner. It truly felt like we were just with a local friend and not a tour guide. It was a great time and we would highly recommend! What an amazing tour. The main issue, and this was my fault for not reading the fine print, was that for nearly $800 I was not expecting to pay 45-50 euro extra for each of the three tastings. Our driver was very good and professional and took good care of us.Our guide, Catherine, was exceptional. Our guide, Catherine, was exceptional. Not only did she select 3 very different & unique chateaux tours- beautiful vineyards and great wines, she also choose a gorgeous restaurant with garden dining for lunch. She was very knowledgeable about the entire Bordeaux region so the driving portion was filled with conversation. Catherine, the chateau guides and restaurant staff spoke very good English and all were conscious of schedule. We highly recommend this private tour and Catherine.
