NEW! Since 2019 we also offer riverboarding on every trip!
You can choose grade 3 or grade 5 (minimum ages 14yrs / 16yrs) and we will always try our best to be as flexible to your needs as possible.
Trips run everyday with minimum client number of 2 from Jinja or 4 from Kampala.

- One night dorm accommodation at Nile River Camp
What to expect
Our 1 day trip covers roughly 19km of the Nile. We start on the flat water just a couple of kilometres downstream of the Bujagali Dam where we'll run through a comprehensive safety training with you. We start the day with Jaws, Pyramid and Giggitty Giggitty, a great easy section of grade 2 whitewater to train you up and whet your appetite before the big stuff. By the time you get to your first major rapid of the day - Overtime (grade 5) you'll be feeling like a professional!

Best wild water rafting ever. Nasser and his team made sure that we were taught the safety rules. We had to practice them before we reached the first rapids. Nasser team consisted of 3 kayaks (including photographer), 1 safety raft and 2 experienced rafters in our raft. We were asked to select the level of difficulty, from grade 2 to 5. One of the kayakers was the 5 times champion of the Nile, great guy as well. Had pineapple on the raft, burger after the trip and free flow beer on the way back. All included. Fun ride back through the villages. Lots of Mzumbu calls by the local kids.The Rafting was great! I had never done anything like this before, but Nassa explained everything we needed to know in a fun way, wo that everyone had a good time without fear or worries. It was an exciting experience with amazing views of the river nile. I would definitely recommend this to ever...

We had two boats and were given options to go through the rapids: medium, hard or crazy. Our boat chose crazy and it was! Great day, dead tired now, but will keep this memory forever. Best start of my Uganda trip. Oh and the fresh pineapple snack and hamburger-lunch was 10/10 too.I loved every minute of this day rafting. The guides are funny, skilled and caring and make the whole day an absolute blast. Was even more fun than i had anticipated plus the food and drinks were a bonus. I loved every minute of this day rafting. The guides are funny, skilled and caring and make the whole day an absolute blast.
