This was an exciting tour. Firstly our guide Sebastian was very well informed and provided us with information that we did not have, showing us the link between the Inca empire in Cusco, which we had previously visited and Cuenca. Although it was a rainy day, the Ingapira site and the history was so interesting that it was worthwhile. The visit to Chordeleg gave us an opportunity to do some shopping at excellent prices, as well as to admire the creativity of the artisans. We also got an opportunity to see the manufacture of the Panama hats and to discover that it is really the Ecuadorian hat, also new information. Every place we visited was a new experience, not only enjoyable but informative. For those persons interested in history and culture a visit to these towns is a must..Outstanding, and my guide Klever was Fantastic, rain or shine he did his best. And we will be back. Jake

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tour guide. We don't usually take guided tours, but this tour included two things we really wanted to visit: Ingapirca and the Casa de la Makana in Gualaceo. The tour far surpassed anything we were expecting. Our guide, Wilson, is one of the most intelligent persons we have ever met. He has a deep knowledge and love for his country and the indigenous people in Ecuador. We asked many questions, about various things, during the tour and Wilson answered them all with ease. It is the best tour we've taken and would recommend Wilson and the tour to anyone who is interested! Dwayne and MeadowMy tour guide, Wilson was extremely knowledgeable about Incapirca and I thought the tour was wonderful. His knowledge of the history of the Cañari people and the Incas was very impressive. He was also very thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone.

After exhausting most of the attractions in and around Cuenca, my wife and joined this tour so that we could experience more from the surrounding area. Ingapirca was a worthwhile trip because of the history and scenery of the Incan ruins there. The textile production at Gualaceo was interesting, but we didn't buy anything there. Chordeleg is a cute little town with tons of jewelry shops, if you're into that kind of thing. Our guide/driver was Andres, and he did a great job of taking care of us and explaining everything.Just being at Ingapirca was amazing, we were in the clouds!
