For the cost of it the sunbeds should have been included in the price not extra. It was not an English speaking tour which is what we asked for. We were with all French speaking and we had a nominal amount of English interpretation. Again not what we paid for.

We waited as described in the tour details at the reception of our hotel in the morning but the driver did not come. Then we contacted him and he told us that the tour was canceled due to bad weather. He also said that he had already informed us by email but that was a lie, we have not received any notification from him through any communication channel (Whatsapp/Email/Call). Luckily, we were able to organize the identical tour spontaneously via a member of staff at the hotel reception. It was a wonderful day with top weather (see fotos from the same day), so the Freshverde Holidays provider obviously just did not want to do his tour that day. In the end, we actually paid a lot less through the hotel than the original tour would have cost. Despite everything, the spontaneously canceled tour was the only negative experience we had during our honeymoon.

Amazing experience, excellent travel guides, great speed boat ride and a lovely private BBQ. Thoroughly recommended.

Not a great experience. Boat driver played overly loud music with swearing while at the waterfalls. Was served a hotdog without a bun as the sausage lol, too many people. Not very comfortable. Driver was a bit late. Boat was late coming back. Swimming was very shallow so didn’t really swim. Restroom were very dirty! Very long drive to and from port about 1 hour! Oh and they ran out of rum after 1 drink! What a joke!

Well organized tour. The lunch was also very good....We had as great day. We booked last minute but yet everything was well organized and We had an amazing day.

This tour was spot on! The staff ensured our family were safe and cared for. The bbq was lovely and we enjoyed the day very much. the kids loved it, the hotel pick up and drop off was on time. Thank you very much.

The driver was amazing! He drove us very safely and he showed us a lot of different places. He also was very kind and bought us local food to try.

So make sure you read the booking confirmation carefully I got two emails one saying 9am pick up and one saying 8am. The driver was at our our hotel at 8am as we were about to go for breakfast so it was a bit of a rushed start! We were driven to the boat and waited around 30 mins before setting off. The speed boat takes about 10 mins to get you to ile aux cerfs itself. The Island is beautiful with white sands and clear water. Overall the Island is gorgeous but the infrastructure in terms of changing areas And toilets are very lacking. Very dirty and overflowing sanitary bins. We met the skipper and the the boat at 1pm and we’re taken to the waterfall which was incredible and saw some really cute monkeys in the trees etc. We then we’re taken to our lunch location which could be described as a makeshift camp. We enquired about the toilet and we’re told ‘in nature sir’ I’m 6 months pregnant so this was not ideal. I’ve travelled extensively in remote parts of India, se Asia and South America and never didn’t have a toilet at a lunch venue. I’m all for an authentic experience but I think you need to cater for typical traveller you get in Mauritius these days. Lunch was grilled fish, a sausage and some unidentifiable part of the chicken. It wasn’t a breast, leg, thigh or wing so anyones guess! There was a lot of rubbish and flies everywhere. We were then taken back to the main part of the Island at 3pm so an hour to relax. The rain started at 4pm and our skipper was no where to be seen. He appeared about 4.15 and we had to wait for some guests who joined the tour midway and casually strolled back at 4.30. We were the last boat to depart at 4.35pm and there was no apologyThe Island itself is gorgeous but there was some basics lacking in terms of organisation and consideration for all guests.

It was well organized, the driver Hans was very friendly. This tour is the best ever, i recommend this trip. the food was a little bit spicy but overall it was excellent.

Not up to the mark as we would expect Viator trips to be. The trip did not start on time and we had to wait 30 minutes pas the scheduled return time for the boat to arrive. Viator needs to arrange this with a better service provider - this company's services and boat quality was passe

Todo ha salido maravilla, la embarcación, la comida y la excursión en general. Muy recordable con sirenacruise Mauritius. Excelente atención y comida deliciosa en la orilla de la playa.

J'ai tout aimé.. La diversité des sites, des climats, de la topographie, des paysages. L'excursion était intense mais pas trop.. Très bien planifié, et l'occasion de voir pas mal de chose. Et éloignez-vous de la foule a ile aux cerf ! Merci. A ne pas rater !

Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Lokalen Anbieter stellte sich als schwierig heraus und war mit sehr hohen Telefon- kosten verbunden. Die Abholung am Hafen war für 9 Uhr vereinbart, der Fahrer kam ca. 1,5 Stunden später. Eine Information von Seiten des Anbieters erfolgte nur nach Rückruf von unserer Seite, hier wurden wir halbstündig immer wieder vertröstet. Der Fahrer erklärte uns nach seiner Ankunft seine Verspätung mit einigen Verkehr Staus auf der Strecke. Danach raste er mit stark erhöhter Geschwindigkeit zu unserem Ziel um das Boot noch zureichen. Von dort war der weitere Ablauf gut organisiert ( Besichtigung Wasserfall, Inselaufenthalt und Mittagessen). Baden war aufgrund der Erdarbeiten im Ankunftsbereichs und des Wetters ( Regenzeit) nicht möglich. Anmerkung: Obwohl ich Ihr Unternehmen nach unserer Rückkehr informiert habe, das meine Frau am Vorabend erkrankt war ( Magen - Darmprobleme mit Fieber) habe wir bis Heute nichts von Ihnen gehört. Wir hatten zumindest mit einer anteiligen Gutschrift gerechnet. Mfg Wilke

wunderschön. weißer sand. paradiesisch. kommt unter der woche. am wochenende etwas überlaufen. aber trotzdem wunderschön.
