Based on the description of this tour and the title, we expected to see Inverness and have plenty of time to walk around and explore the city. Our tour started out with a tour guide that spoke Spanish mostly and broken English. This would have been fine if it promoted as a Spanish tour, but we booked an English speaking tour. We barely got off the bus. Once for 20 mins at a small town and only to give us enough time to pull cash from a bank machine so we could pay for the loch ness boat tour. The loch ness stop was also disorganized. We were given 20 mins to pick up food before our boat cruise started. Our tour guide didn't tell us we weren't allowed to bring food on the boat, so it meant we had to throw our our just acquired food prior to starting our boat tour. We then had to hurry back on the bus so no lunch! The tour of Inverness consisted of a 2 minute drive by on the bus. We did not get off the bus in Inverness. Didn't even have an opportunity to take a photo from the bus. We were on the bus for 12 hours of this tour. Didn't enjoy any of it! B
