If you've snorkeling in the Caribbean, Philippines, or the pafic then you'll be very disappointed. All the corals are dead but there's pretty fish and lots of sea urchins. And Jumeirah is not better. Dubai is not a good place to dive or snorkel. The instructor Hamza was amazing, he made it extremely easy for first time divers. I recommend you contact the company and verify they will be food and at least water because none was available for us and we didn't bring enough money to buy food so the 2 hour drive back to Dubai was awful. Also pickup time is not 9am it's more 7 am but the waters are too foggy until around 11am so you'll just be lounging around waiting most it. I wish I just went snorkeling in Atlantis. I didn't want to because it's man-made but there's reason they had to build it.It was a bit different than what was told before. There was no boat like the picture. We just made one stop to snorkel and stayed there for 2/3 hours. And there was no 'live bbq-lunch'. We had to pick a meal before departure and could eat it after the trip out of a aluminium box.

We initially booked to go on a discover scuba excursion but the staff were super honest about it and realised we had done this a few times before (not yet certified) and explained that it wasn't particularly an interesting dive and is better for newbies. So we were invited to the boat trip for a small bit extra money. So pleased we did. Such a great day. Staff were supportive and friendly. They looked after us. Very pleasant day.We did a 2 day live board trip with Nemo diving center. Our trip started Thursday evening and ended on Saturday afternoon. During the trip we did 5 dives in Musandam. We did a 2 day live board trip with Nemo diving center. Our trip started Thursday evening and ended on Saturday afternoon. During the trip we did 5 dives in Musandam. The visibility was excellent, the water temperature was nice and cool and we saw beautiful corals and aquatic life. What made this trip 10x better was the amazing Nemo diving center staff. Mofasa, Sameer and the rest of the crew were very professional and super fun. They made every dive exciting and they made hanging out on the boat a truly enjoyable activity. The food served on board was fresh with every meal and incredibly delicious. Definitely an activity my friends and I will repeat. Advanced license: During the trip a few of us completed the Advanced diving license course with Mofasa. He was extremely professional as always. Very clear instructions and guidance on the 5 specialties and a very sharp attention to the safety details that made this trip feel very safe. BEST DIVING CENTER IN THE UAE!!!
