I am very disappointed with the company. my whole family was waiting for someone from the company to pick us up for a tour and they never showed up. the manager (according to her she was the manager: Rafaela ???) was very rude. We hired a service and I service was not fulfilled. At no time did we receive an email about the change of address from the starting point. In short, the company lied and disappointed a whole family, besides making us miss a day in MIAMI. I do not advise anyone to use any service from this company. I suggest that the manager be dismissed since she was extremely rude and at no time demonstrated to give a solution. She ended the call by saying that she had no more time to waste with us. absurd!Communication between the tour operator (Gloria) and our initial bus tour guide greeter was pretty good. we were told that morning that because of some miscommunication we couldn’t get picked up at our hotel (it was in Midtown) so we had enough time to Uber to bayside market.. not ideal but they ...
Communication between the tour operator (Gloria) and our initial bus tour guide greeter was pretty good. we were told that morning that because of some miscommunication we couldn’t get picked up at our hotel (it was in Midtown) so we had enough time to Uber to bayside market.. not ideal but they answered my calls in a timely manner and it worked out. The bus ride to the Everglades was alright- about 45 mins but we had to stop halfway to pick up a bus full of people in front of us because their bus broke down- so that made us late to the ever glades... we saw the gator show, and then took the Airboat on the water. Our water guide was great - and it was an easy 5/5 experience for that alone. But there was no time to eat- no time to use the rest rooms and the communication and organization of the bus driver was a 0/5. We were rushed leaving the Everglades afraid to be left behind and by the time we made it back to bayside for the cruise we had ten mins to grab a hotdog and head to the boat. The boat guide was friendly and informative- but 90 minutes for the cruise felt a little too long after such a rushed day. I think the best part of buying this day package was skipping the lines for purchasing the gator show tickets and airboat tickets that looked about 45 min- 1 hour wait time.It was my first visit to Florida and the Everglades tour is a must !!! We definitely got a eye full of gators such a fun experience. Will be back soon

When we got to the Airboat, we almost missed our call because we got in line for food and then had to run down to the boat with food in hand and had no time to actually eat the food until be got off the airboat. The airboat ride was fun and informative. Then, rush back to the bus for the next thing. We had to rush down to the boat for the Bay Cruise. We got our tickets from the bus driver at 2:21 and the boat left at 2:30. He told us to be at the pickup place at a very specific time, which we were, but then he left us waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. It was all very rushed and disorganized and there was not time to eat. I don't know why he was soooooooo late picking us up and then not really able to eat without time to sit and enjoy our food.Driver of your bus was texting and posting photos to social media while he was transporting passengers Including small children. We had to tell him to put his phone done. This is not a tour you want to book. This company has no regard for their guests safety. We reported them to the authorities.

Not very well organised, we were not given much information about the day. The bus driver could have been a little more informative on the way there about what to expect. We only saw one alligator and very little other wildlife. The after show was ok but found the request for gratuity rude as we had payed a lot for our tickets. We were told to return to the same location we started at to collect out Biscayne Bay tickets after the swamp board tour. The boys at that stand had no idea, they sent us to another stand who also had no idea and sent us to a third stand. They were a bit unsure but eventually found us on the computer. Overall it was a little over priced.
