Laura was extraordinary! She knew so much about the Ufizzi, the artists, their work, Florence, and the Medici’s. We learned and saw more in our hour and a half with Laura than we did in the rest of our 2 days in Florence. Our only regret is that we didn’t have her to curate the rest of our itinerary in Florence.

It is unacceptable to order a service with a guide in French and end up with an application to download at the foot of the office gallery. We did not have headphones and we cannot disturb other visitors. The guide was ill but that doesn't excuse completely missing our visit. We didn't know where to go in the gallery. We left after 30 minutes!! A refund would be greatly appreciated

We were lucky enough to be able to do the tour with a former restorer at the Uffizi and it was fantastic! She has incredible knowledge and even took 2 hours of her time for the tour! Thank you so much!

It is definitely worth taking the guided tour. Sara, our guide, gave us a lot of information about the Gallery, the paintings, about the history of the city,... the truth is that it is wonderful that someone with so much knowledge explains the paintings to you. We would definitely repeat!
