We have designed the Five Star experience so that each of our clients can enjoy an atmosphere out of the ordinary, a concept of Beach club in the sea with comfortable Balinese beds, and a tour between virgin beaches and coves, where you can discover Gran Canaria from a privileged view. All accompanied by a quality gastronomic selection and an extensive menu of champagne, cocktails and juices.

We paid 89 Euros each for the VIP Psrty Sunset trip on 5 Star Boats, which was sold as an amazing boat trip, which included 3 loungers, VIP entry, food, drink, towels, snorkelling equipment and a banana ride from the boat. What we got was slightly different, we only got 1 double lounger, which for 3 adults, one of which was a teenage boy, was not ideal, especially as we were up close and personal with another couple. There was no VIP entry, we queued with everyone else and despite asking 3 times about the VIP entry, we were in the queue with everyone else. Food was minimal, we had one chicken skewer and one small chicken wrap, which were delicious but for a 4-5 hour boat trip with lots of booze, nowhere near enough to eat. Drinks were either beer or sangria, which were free, plus a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, everything else you had to pay for. We did get towels but had to ask for them. Toilets are down a rope ladder, so it anyone has mobility issues, its a no no! We didn't get offered snorkelling gear, the boat did stop so people could swim, but the weather wasn't great so not many people did and there was no sign of a banana ride. We were back on land before the sunset, so didn't see any sunset either! I have sent 2 emails to the company asking for a refund for one ticket, due to the lack of lounger but have heard nothing!Danielle L

Best boattrip ever! Second time we did the boattrip and again we had a wonderfull day. Captain Charlie and his crew do their utmost to make your day perfect. Good food and drinks, nice music, sympathic crew and very important toilets are very clean. Information and map about pick-up two days before we left. Pick-up bus was perfectly in time. We had paid for VIP glad we did we got lovely beds n towels n bottle of Nice Cava we did think we were getting 1 each as way it is worded sounds that way 89 euro vip each person and bottle of premium cava despite this we had a lovely time and really enjoyed the lunch and stops and even did some sailing Would book againjackmhinton

Me and my partner went on the 4 hour catamaran trip in April whilst on holiday in Gran Canaria, it was great! Firstly, I would recommend getting the upgrade for the sun beds, which also comes with a drink(we had the bottle of cava), as it makes the trip a lot more relaxing being able to lie down ...
Me and my partner went on the 4 hour catamaran trip in April whilst on holiday in Gran Canaria, it was great! Firstly, I would recommend getting the upgrade for the sun beds, which also comes with a drink(we had the bottle of cava), as it makes the trip a lot more relaxing being able to lie down and soak up some sun. We got a transfer from right outside our hotel to the dock where we then got on the catamaran, it was all a very smooth and easy experience. The trip itself was amazing and the staff were very friendly and funny. There were activities that looked fun that you could purchase to take part in when you stop at one of the two locations during the trip(we didn’t do any as we just wanted to chill and just went for a swim instead). Overall the trip was excellent and I would highly recommend going if you are able, even if it seems like it’s out the way and you had never done it before like us.Karina_R

Very good boattrip. The personal was very kind. If you want to lay at the sunbeds you need to book vip tickets. It is possible to a free ride on the banana boat
