This is undoubtedly the most beautiful mosque in the UAE and the 3rd largest Mosque in the world and one of the best architectural landmarks of the capital. The mosque also features an exceptional collection of marble works and the largest carpet in the world designed by Iranian artists.

Emirates palace is a hotel so they are practically open all day every day located at the corniche near Marina Mall. Visit is free and you can take pictures as you like, externally, that is. You need a reservation in order to get a pass inside the hotel

It's a lovely walk by track. People even bring snacks and tea and their own chairs and picnic gear. Lovely breeze in the evening. Nice city building view at night. The waterfront Corniche, with its white sandy beaches and generous promenade, stretches the entire length of the northwest shore of the city. Giving spectacular views of the iconic high-rise tower blocks assembled along the seafront, it also offers one of the city's main recreation opportunities with dedicated cycle paths along the promenade and weaving in and out of the Corniche's landscaped gardens. Refreshments are available from the public beaches that punctuate the western section of the road.

- Dress Code: MODEST CLOTHING- All the visitors must wear proper clothing, this includes covering up to feet and wrists. Loose long trousers, long skirts, and long sleeves that reach to ankle/wrist are acceptable. Women must cover their head with a scarf. Shorts, tight clothing, and transparent clothing are not acceptable. Men must cover themselves with shirt and full pants. No shorts allowed. No transparent clothing
- Visitors must be dressed appropriately on arrival; if not, entry will be denied.

- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years and holding a General Admission Ticket.

One note, if you wish a longer visit to the mosque and enjoy the Ferrari World Trip book them separately especially if you have kids. For us its more than enough. Thanks Top10 to a wonderful trip. No wonder it is called one of the World Wonders. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the grandest architecture I've seen. You would wish you can stay and admire a little longer as I booked with the Ferrari World visit, we have limited time to see this beauty. Our tour continued to the dates market and Abu Dhabi corniche. Also visited the Emirates Palace for a glimpse outside ( you need a reservation to access inside ) then we enjoyed almost 3 hours in the Ferrari enjoying the amazing rides. It's all worth it!
Please do not waste your money. This trip caused me so much anxiety. The group was unorganized, the transportation was a major part of the problem. It took us 3 hours to get to the mosque then we were given 30 minutes to view the mosque. Then headed to Ferrari world were we only had four hours...
Please do not waste your money. This trip caused me so much anxiety. The group was unorganized, the transportation was a major part of the problem. It took us 3 hours to get to the mosque then we were given 30 minutes to view the mosque. Then headed to Ferrari world were we only had four hours left to eat and enjoy the park. The bus was completely packed and the tour guide had no control of the passengers. They were yelling at him, throwing items which hit my brother in the face, hitting the back of my chair harshly....all this poor behavior caused the major delays. I would not recommend at all.
