Great route. Easy to follow. We drove through Miami Beach, Miami downtown, and the Venetian Islands. Speed: slow because of traffic. There was so much traffic on the freeway, and we couldn't go above 30mph in this super car. Customer experience: poor. Not enough care was paid to make sure that I was properly setup (music, mirrors, controls etc.) The guide car sped out of the alley while I had to wait for pedestrians. Perhaps my standards for customer service are higher coming from Las Vegas. Price: gouged. They add an additional 25% if you paid through Viator. In addition, they charge $95 for insurance, bringing the total to $213, instead of the advertised $95. But this is Miami, where the cover charge for some clubs are as high as $100 on Saturday nights. So ... this is expected? Total drive is not timed. The experience is done when the route is finished (about 10 miles). You are allowed one passenger.I had a really great experience. He recommended me to drive the Ferrari and I loved it. I would love to see a little more highway.
