We first did a tour with Gianni's boats in 2016. We knew when we returned to Capri we had to take another. I cannot say enough great things about this operation. Just perfect! The customer service from the initial booking to the very end is white glove. Linda must work 24 hours a day because she was extremely responsive whenever I reached out for details about the reservation. Antonio was such a great guide. He was friendly and highly competent. He took us to the coolest places to swim. He knew we'd taken a trip with them before so he tried to make this one unique. Being from the US where customer service is generally bad, it blows me away to see people take this much pride in their business and customers. Everyone involved knew we had a tight ferry booking and they were extremely efficient in whisking us off the boat to catch the ferry. We will go back to Gianni any time we are in Capri and we will always recommend to friends and family. You will love this!One of the hi-lights of my trip to Italy. Easy to find the pickup location. The weather was great, the place is amazing and the tour went on very well! We arrived in Capri that same morning from Amalfi. We found Gianni and his team quickly and it all went very smoothly. We were guided to our private boat and introduced to our pilot. Even though he could only speak little English, it was not an issue. There were plenty of water, limoncello, prosecco and towels at the boat for us. Our tour was actually a 3h one and included a lunch, which was served midway through the tour. While we were swimming, our guide prepared our lunch and it was ready for us coming back to the boat. It was so beautiful, felt really good and private. We loved it!Highly recommend this activity, if you are visiting the area. We went over to Capri for the day, from Sorrento, and decided to spend our day on the water. Highly recommend this activity, if you are visiting the area. We went over to Capri for the day, from Sorrento, and decided to spend our day on the water. Best decision we made - Capri Town was packed - I'm assuming cruise passengers and such. Our 2.5 hour trip around the island with Marco and Gianni was such a treat. The area is breathtaking and seeing it from the water is even more impressive. We skipped the Blue Grotto - didn't want to waste the time, and instead Gianni and Marco took us swimming - an experience we won't soon forget! In addition to snapping pictures for us, they provided more information than we will likely ever need, on the island, it's history and it's famous habitants through the years. The boar was spotless and there were fresh towels for us after our swim. Truly my highlight from our trip!simple & friendly booking, chummy skipper/guide on the boat, fantastic caves and cliffs, perfect weather! but why the water was so cold? anyway, we survived some swimming. thank you Gianni!
