We had the privilege to visit Pompei on a private tour with Paola. She knew everything, made the city live again in front of us thanks to many details. With two kids of 9 and 11 she was able to captivate them and teach all four of us how to recognise a boutique from a restaurant from a house. We also learnt a lot about the way people lived at the Roman times. This visit is incomparable to a visit both on our own where we miss the most of the signification of buildings and also with a large group where we can’t ask so many questions. Paola also gave us many advice to continue our visit alone in the afternoon and she gave us all the clue to understand what we would see. Many thanks ! Highly recommended !Anna Sorrento, the guide who is also an archeologist, was very knowledgeable and made the tour very informative. She took her time explaining, and answering our questions too. Thank you so much, Anna! This tour is worth every cent!!
