Explore Lake Shikotsu, Toya & Mount Usu

We were only 4 so we felt more personal and intimate. Meal exceeded all our expectations. Beautiful scenery in both lakes enhanced by the amazing tour to the volcano (Mount Usu). Being an all day tour, we had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy all there was to see and do (maybe the recommendation would be to have more time at the volcano since the entire trial takes significant time to complete). Even though an English speaking tour guide was not available, we were given a lot of detailed information in advance in a tour print out booklet. Overall, a really nice and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Visited Lake Toya on my drive to Hakodate from Sapporo. The vista was amazing with the fall colours or brown, orange, red and green. The cold was welcoming for a traveller used to hot and humid climes. Trekked up the town to visit the destruction due to the volcanic activity. The town is small and quiet. Enjoyed a bowl of ramen at a small restaurant. Worth a trip !

There were only 6 of us when I joined so the trip felt more personal and intimate as we were able to have a good chat with each other. Encsi is the best tour guide as she took care of us during the trip, making sure that we were having fun. She also gave us lots of local knowledge, and great food recommendation. Overall, a really nice and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Our guide was was superb. She was knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. She took us to an excellent local restaurant for a meal that exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend this tour more highly.

Enjoyable tour with an informative guide. All of the locations are beautiful and worth seeing. We visited some places that are tricky to get to without a car so good for those who cannot hire a car.

Quite simply wow! If your in sapporo and enjoy the outdoors, this is for you! Had an amazing time! Hope to come back one day!

I had a great time on this trip as I was able to go to all the places I wanted to go to and the tour group operators were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone going to sapporo to book this tour as part of their itinerary especially if they want to visit any of these lakes as they are garde to access by public transport.

Not to be missed when in Hokkaido, a must see places. Worth the long drive, away from city life. We regret that we are unable to do kayaking while in Lake Shikotsu due to limited time

Me and my sister enjoyed ourselves very much. The hosts were super nice and made sure that we were always ok. The trip up to the mountain was super fun and Peta always made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. On top of that, they also recommended some of the best restaurants where the locals like to eat at! I definitely will be coming back and seeing you guys soon!

The tour guide provided a lot of relevant and interesting facts about the places we visited. The pace is just right giving us an unhurried time to explore the beauty of the place! Lunch venue was homey and cozy, menu was varied and there will be something for everyone, japanese food, western, eveen vegans!Will definitely recommend this tour to friends.

This agency exceeded my expectations! the best option in Hokkaido without doubts. Rio and Sam were excellent guides, we really enjoyed meeting with them the Noboribetsu area and Lake Toya.

Excellent day trip by tour operator Travel Hokkaido. The scenery was beautiful, along the way up the mountain and especially the views of the lakes n mountains. The tour guide Rio was very friendly n knowledgeable. He even gave us some very useful tips on the good places to go in Sapporo. The lunch was excellent n we got back to our hotel in good time. It was a very enjoyable trip.
