1- the guided tour was good 2- the food course was tasteless, really bad. Beverages not included, even water. 3- seating for the concert was far behind without a music program which was also not included. Of all my experiences this was a real rip-off.

The Orchestra was very joyful both in the musical performance and the fun interaction with the audience. The brief tour in the palace with audioguide in about an hour was nice however I would have preferred a real tour guide who has knowledge about the palace, still more to see in the palace and no visit to the gardens at all, so the palace tour is a brief tour not the full experience. The Dinner was in a nice cosy restaurant.

Took my mother to the Schönbrunn Palace for an after hours tour and the concert afterwards at the Orangerie for her Mother’s Day gift. She loved the history and the difference in atmosphere at the palace at night, as well as the tranquility. The concert was fantastic! Exactly what we expected and more! Heartily recommend.

The Palace staff were very helpful when 1 of our party was suffering and went off to get a wheelchair for us to use. It was a shame the restaurant was so far away, we took a while to get there and the guide had to go on ahead with the rest of the tour and come back for us. Dinner was very good and the waiters were very accommodating. The concert itself was very good

Despite some of the reviews we saw, we took a chance on this event and didn’t regret it. We all thoroughly enjoyed the private walk through the palace after hours and the walk to the restaurant was very pleasant as well. The food and service was great and my entire family really loved it! The concert was beautiful and it was lovely to experience in that setting.

Great Mozart and Strauss concert, great musicians, nice atmosphere. We had a family holiday and it really felt special. I highly recommend!

The music performance was good. The dinner needs improvement. One bad experience is your location of redemption the ticket was wrong. I was running around to look for where I should go

It was our wedding anniversary and what a great way to spend our evening. The palace tour was informative, the 3 course meal was delicious and the concert was amazing!! It was truly an evening to remember and a great way to kick off our time in Vienna

The tour guide didn’t explain anything and the tour was short and didn’t include everything. The walk to dinner was challenging to follow the tour over and the food was not edible. Our group could not eat anything. The meat was impossible to chew and we had to get dinner after the concert. We paid far too much for such an average experience.

It was wonderful to stroll through the Palace without a crowd. The dinner was very good with nice service, though our group arrived at the restaurant before they were ready to seat us, so we waited in an odd kitchen-ish area - only discovered later that the guides had brought us in by a back door. Concert was good - would love to have been offered a program.

This was an excellent tour. The food was wonderful. Very wonderful concert. Perfect evening break from week of meetings.

Overall a very good evening. The private tour of the palace rather than going with the hoards was appreciated, the restaurant was simple but service and food good, and the concert was by far the best part. Only complaint was not being able to take my jacket into the concert and being told I had to pay to put it in the cloakroom.

This was an amazing experience. The tour with audio guide was very good as there was very few people as Palace was closed. The restaurant meal was very nice . The concert was astounding especially as it wasn’t in the orangery but in the actual palace as orangery was being used for an art exhibition. This was in an amazing grand hall. The music was very good and opera singers were very talented. We had grade A seats so had a very good view. Was worth paying the extra money.

The worst evening. Music was terrible; orchestra didn't even look at the conductor, the soprano's weapon of a voice was not controlled and nothing else could be heard when she opened her mouth, on the other hand the baritone was inaudible except when she wasn't singing and the orchestra weren't playing. Dinner was too awful to comment on. Really. Unbelievable tourist rip off. Even the after hours tour was rushed. Thank goodness the rest of our time in Vienna was wonderful. Except this. Do not go.

We even took the metro to get to the venue and back! Easy to find. Once we located the support staff, they were very helpful and present when needed.The audio tour is great but short. The food was very good even if pre selected and close to the Palace. The concert was excellent, with a wonderful repertoire, and the conductor was able to quickly have the audience’s participation when appropriate! A worth while multi facet experience which I highly recommend!

What a beautiful Palace to walk around, lovely gardens, many different paths to explore and of course the rooms in the Palace itself. The concert in the orangeries was awesome!

The exclusive palace visit was great. But there was no time to visit the garden. The waiting time for the dinner was too long, which caused me to completely loose the chance to take photos in the garden. I regretted to include the dinner in the package so much. The concert was OK.

We did the palace, dinner and concert. Having the audioguide through the palace was great without lots of tourists. You are able to stop and look properly without being rushed. For people with mobility issues there are stairs at the beginning and end. The restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the castle but be mindful if any mobility issues as it will take you longer. The meal was lovely and traditional. Highlight of the evening was the concert. Amazing talented artists with a charismatic conductor. If you only go to the concert you will not be disappointed.

Excellent concert, really enjoyed . Very entertaining, plus a fine meal in nearby restaurant and quick tour around the palace rooms
