We did not opt for the drinks package and have no regrets about that but we were not able to go to the bar for drinks and had to rely on a waitress service which was very sparse - their loss - we would have spent more money on drinks if she came round more.begoadato

The ship was very nice and of good quality, the musicians generated a very nice atmosphere, they played music from many countries and people loved to sing with them, also many people had dinner on board, good drinks bar and everything was very well organized,

There are so many options for cruises in Budapest that I had a hard time deciding which to take. This is the one! We enjoyed it immensely - everything from the gorgeous views to the comfortable inside seats and the large outdoor patio. The local music was a big hit too. So glad we went!

No long queues before boarding. Directions were very clear. On the boat, the guests who opted for welcome drink and not the buffet meal were herded into a overly warm waiting room. Boat left dock 15 mins late and no updates or guidance were ever announced. Up sailing no staff mentioned that guest...

Boat left dock 15 mins late and no updates or guidance were ever announced. Up sailing no staff mentioned that guests can leave the sweltering 'holding pen' and actually go outside. Actual sights were beautiful but actual service on the boat was not great. Your guest are expecting it to be cold so please dont stick them in a boiling room, he attentive to all your guests not just the ones dining. Some form of direction or guidance once on board would be great. Maybe offer an information sheet on what the main buildings were. I would book with someone else if I had to do it again or recommend.michaelwW9001CH

Good smooth ride. Nice staff. Did not go by Parliament when it was lit up which was very disappointing. Captain / Company should arrange that so people can see it. Music and performers were outstanding. Bridges were lit up which was beautiful. Only 2 female tiny toilets ..probably about 300 peop...
