Absolutely fantastic and magical experience. We went with our two children (4 and 7) and, despite queuing a lot with it being Easter, we had a brilliant time.

This place is heaven on earth. We arrived in the park the morning of the 30th anniversary and what a greeting we had. Main street was full of members of the Disney team singing "Un Monde Que S'illumine", absolutely fantastic. Almost all of the people in the park were fantastic too, nothing was too much to ask for. Apart from the attractions we love the gardens, which are beautifully kept and so much work must go into keeping them this way. Every where was so clean too, you really are in a different world. We would like to thank everyone for making our stay so wonderful, you are all true ambassadors of the Disney world. We will definitely be back again to be in a place where magic really does come true.We went for my toddlers bday and stayed in the New York hotel for 5 days. We went for my toddlers bday and stayed in the New York hotel for 5 days. Positives: the parades are fantastic, the gardens and flowers are beautiful, good rides for small children, early access to the park if in Disney hotel. Negatives: super expensive (obviously), very limited food choice - burgers, chips etc, long queues (obviously). We ordered 2 sides of vegetables in rainforest cafe and one was cold, like out the fridge, so sent back. Ordered a side of veg in planet Hollywood which never came. No supermarket on site so can’t buy fruit. Took a 40 min walk to a Lidl. Queued 45 mins for a short frozen show, then got ushered inside but not into the theatre and waited for another 20 mins or so. A child needed the toilet and when they asked if she could go they said she could but couldn’t come back in. So they queued all that time for nothing. Once inside there were no seats, standing room only. No children allowed on shoulders. So little ones would not be able to see very well over standing adults. We queued 45 mins for a ride where 9 people can fit in a cart. We asked if we could wait for the next one and sit at the front of the cart as our little one couldn’t see over the adults in front of us but we were told no just get in. During the parades adults would squeeze in front of children just to get a better view. Maybe this is general theme park experience but when it is super expensive you expect a little more. We booked the character dining experience with ‘mickey and friends’. Very expensive for a buffet breakfast and mickey was nowhere to be seen, only tiger, eeyore, Pinocchio, geppetto. Our toddler didn’t really know who they were. Disney princess rarely made an appearance anywhere. Only saw them on the parade float. You can queue at the princess pavilion for a picture but we didn’t bother as the queue was always an hour plus. Overall I felt it’s quite overrated.Look, I realise I’m spoiled as I have been to the American parks so often and I have really tried to adjust expectations for here. Look, I realise I’m spoiled as I have been to the American parks so often and I have really tried to adjust expectations for here. The things they can’t do the same in Paris - -Good weather. Unavoidable it will be unpredictable and chilly. -Characters speaking/singing in English. That’s expected as we are in France but it is strange hearing Let It Go in a different language! The customer service IS something they could easily replicate however but fall down on so badly. I’ve seen smilier staff on ASDA checkouts. So unfriendly, continuing conversations with colleagues whilst serving you, stern to children (the child in my party waved at Piglet from behind the rope and the staff member told her to move along and queue. Militant much? He wasn’t the only one to be curt either) and mainly oh so slow. No urgency whatsoever. We encountered 2 friendly staff members over 4 days - both were at the stroller kiosks. The rest were laughably miserable. It became a running joke in the end at how unmagical everyone we encountered was. Aside from that it is what it is. If you’re in a nearby country it’s worth a visit for a small Disney hit. The illuminations are really good and although understandable it needs to be dark to show them 11pm is so late. Worth it if you can stay up though. We had a nice little break but it is the Poundland of the Disney theme parks for sure. Just a shame the prices don’t reflect that.Yes there are faults with it, the queues can be ridiculous and the new premier pass to jump the queues is in short a disgusting money grab, which could cost a family of 5 90 euro for one ride, not in a million years. Yes there are faults with it, the queues can be ridiculous and the new premier pass to jump the queues is in short a disgusting money grab, which could cost a family of 5 90 euro for one ride, not in a million years. The light and fireworks display at 11.00pm is beyond stupid timing. Enough negativity, the positives, it's Disney, its fantastic surroundings its the wonderful parade, the look on a kids face when they meet a princess or spiderman, these are the things that make it worthwhile, the awesome light and fireworks display and of course the rides. This is my third visit here stretching back 15 years and its still great, sure it doesn't compare to Florida, but then again its about 1/4 of the price. Also you need to be prepared to spend all day in the park to get your moneys worth and put the miles in. Not quite as good as I remember but it's still great for children from 3-93.We just finished pur 4 day trip at Disney, staying in Davy Crockett. We just finished pur 4 day trip at Disney, staying in Davy Crockett. Overal the trip was enjoyable, also because we were in good company ;) We went 3x just before covid and between 1992-2004 we went almost every year so we have some trips to compare it to But there were definitely some critical points and disappointments. Davy Crockett The check in went very fast, the staff was as always very happy and made fun with the kids. We had wonderfull weather. We decided to start at the pool because we thought it was to late for the parc. It was so COLD! Grandma gave up after half an hour because of it, we did end up staying an hour in the water but my daughter (7) had blue lips and was shaking of the cold (still refusing to get out). The problem was i guess 2 things The doors of the pools were open, probably because of covid. And either the water didn't warm up good or they put the temperature lower. The showers were really warm. Though because your body cooled down in the pool, It feels like its burning hot. Really not good for kids is you ask me so we showered in our cabin There we found a hole it the floor of the childrens bathroom, right under the weak plastic covering so of you put your foot wrong, you can really hurt yourself. In general the cabins were good. We have been at Davy Crocket before so we knew what to bring. Basically everything you miss, you can get at the little market at the start. You can also pick up a cleaning package that contains a sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, all purpose cleaning and a cloth. Personally I think the prices of most items os reasonable (considering Disney and being in Paris). For example. A bottle of 1l milk is 2 euro, for 2 baguettes and 4 croissants you pay about 10 euro. We were actually impressed with how clean the cabin was, we really had a lot worst. Though, experience teaches to put all the dishes straight in the dishwasher before using them. Park Well Premium acces... what the crap! We refused to use it. And lets be honest, 1 hour lines are not uncommon. They are almost normal at Big Thunder Mountain, Peter Pan a d Ratatouille. Crush is usually the only attraction with a 2 hour+ line. If you don't want to wait this long, stay at a disney parc and wait for opening from 8 in the morning to be one pf the first and run for your life to get there first. Otherwise, don't complain. These lines weren't any different 10, 20 or even 30 years ago. We used the app a lot. But what is advised, lunch early or late and have dinner early or late. Try to use lunch/dinner time to visit attractions. But back to Premium Access. It sort of does feel like they are pushing it on you. Normally we visit shows like Mickey the magician and we wanted to visit the frozen show, showing up half an hour early. Well, we didn't see any of them. People started queueing almost 1.5 hour before the shows... So half an hour before it is packed full. We tried 3 times but just gave up. Now though, it is only the people that PAY that get premium acces and there should be a limit of tickets available. We didn't feel many people used it, but maybe we just didn't notice. And then again, If you dont want to wait 2 hours for crush, you pay 16 euro, go in right away. If you calculate that 16 euro compared to 2 hours waiting, it might actually be worth it to make more of the rest of your day. But that is for everybody to decide. There was a lot of remodeling going on. in fantasyland, Disney Hotel, studio park etc. And maybe it was because we were using the app so many times but I never notice attraction breaking down this often! We ourselves were send away twice at phantom manor and ones at the tiny coaster in Toy Story land. But multiple times a day Aladdin's carpets, Phantom Manor, Peter Pan, Snow White, Star wars, etc. Most of it gets fixt relatively fast but it is quite annoying when you stand in line for 40 min, get send away and start at 0 again. Stores Disney has a lot of things to buy, ofc. But what i never notice before is the shortage of some products. My daughter decided on day 2 she wanted the stitch plushie she saw on day one at the trading post in Davy Crockett.. Sold out. We went passed all the stores in disney villages including the hotel stores (after already checking all the stores in the park during the day) But after the lady at one of the last hotels checked with the other colleagues we were told it is out and will be for a while. Clothes no differents. Of your kid wears a size 6, you are in luck! If he/she doesn't and just.. save your energy and give up in advance. I tried multiple shirts for the kids (size 8 and 10) and also for my husband (m) but again no Only the shirts they were already selling 2.5 years ago had a good amount of sizes. Newer shirts did not and no new stock came in the days we were there. Most of these shirts can only be bought at the park itself so was quite annoying. Staff explains it will take a while and there is nothing they can do. Food If you are done with the Disney fast food, I can really advice a sandwich of the Earl of sandwich. Avoid their bathroom, I never saw it remotely clean.... But the food is good and the prices are reasonable. A sandwich or wrap is about 8 euro, drink 3.5.
