We did this 2 hour trip as family of 3 (1x adult and 2x teenagers)? Overall a great experience. The jet-skis are really quality and there was a real focus from the outset on our safety. Our Instructor Taz was good fun and he made sure that we saw all the main sights. Some of the photographs he has given us (provided free on WhatsApp) are amazing.. Definitely recommend this trip for those seeking a little adventure and a fun and unique way to the see the Dubai coastline.Man this review could have gone a competely different way! Man this review could have gone a competely different way! Long story short searide made a mistake and closed their location on a regular business day but forgot to take down their automatic online booking tool. We had pre booked, and pre paid for a 2 hour tour only to show up and see a note posted saying they were closed. We were naturally pretty furious that we made our way over there only to be left with no options and out a fair amount of money. Once they realized their mistake I have to say they went above and beyond to address it despite my strong scepticism. The searide team did a great job of pulling out all the stops to have us back the next day and go the extra mile in a number of ways. Everyone was very apologetic and accommodating. True measure of customer service! Thanks to the team - talk about turning a major negative into a major positive.I went on the Discovery Tour in 2015, and enjoyed it so much that there was no hesitation in booking it again when I stopped over in Dubai. I went on the Discovery Tour in 2015, and enjoyed it so much that there was no hesitation in booking it again when I stopped over in Dubai. This time I opted for a morning slot, as the sea was a bit calmer. It didn't disappoint; it was interesting to see the changes in the skyline, and the instructor also allowed some 'free time' at particular spots to explore. This time the instructor also took photos which were then shared via WhatsApp, adding further value to another memorable experience.We have always wanted to try jet skiing, but never had the chance to. We have always wanted to try jet skiing, but never had the chance to. This time in Dubai, we have finally decided to give it a go, and it was the best decision we could have made! Thanks to Elton for the warm welcome! Our guide Taz not only was he extremely nice and friendly, showing us around Dubai whilst on the jet ski, but he took plenty of pictures and videos, which turned out AMAZING (honestly, he might as well be a professional photographer if you ask me).
