Der Genusstag begann komfortabel mit der Abholung an unserem Hotel. Nach kurzer Fahrt waren wir beim ersten Weingut angekommen. Das Gut lag malerisch mitten in den Weinbergen. Nach einer sehr informativen Führung wussten wir schon viel über den Weinbau auf Mallorca und haben dann vier vorzügliche...
Der Genusstag begann komfortabel mit der Abholung an unserem Hotel. Nach kurzer Fahrt waren wir beim ersten Weingut angekommen. Das Gut lag malerisch mitten in den Weinbergen. Nach einer sehr informativen Führung wussten wir schon viel über den Weinbau auf Mallorca und haben dann vier vorzügliche Weine verkostet. Danach ging die Fahrt weiter zu einem ca. 15 Minuten entfernten anderen Weingut. Hier wurden wir auf das Herzlichste von einer Berlinerin empfangen, die dort im Verkauf arbeitet und die uns nicht nur sechs verschiedene Weine kredenzt hat, sondern uns auch Vermute und Hierbas probieren lies. Ein großes Vergnügen und ganz neue Entdeckungen, denn wir meinten schon alles über Hierbas zu wissen. Gut dass es nach dem Besuch dieses Weingutes zum Mittagessen ging. Wir genossen ein vorzügliches Drei-Gänge-Menü in einem authentischen mallrquinischem Restaurant. Danach ging es zum dritten Weingut, wo nach einer unterhaltsamen Führung nicht nur leckere Weine verkostet wurden, sondern auch Olivenöl und andere lokale Spezialitäten. Ein grosses Vergnügen zu einem erstklassigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unbedingt erwähnens- und lobenswert unser sympathischer und versierter Guide. Eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Guter Einstieg mit einem kulturellen Highlight, ein verborgenes magisches Landgut mit faszinierender Geschichte. Dann der Besuch des ersten Weingutes mit einer tollen Führung und der Verkostung grossartiger Weine, mit Olivenöl und lokalen Spezialitäten. Da noch zwei Weingüter zu besuchen waren, brauchten wir eine gute Grundlage und das Mittagessen war perfekt dafür. In einem typischen mallorquinischen Restaurant mit einem sonnigen Innenhof. Im zweiten Weingut standen die lokalen, autochthonen Sorten Mallorcas im Vordergrund und im dritten Weingut tauchten wir tief in die Geschichte des Weinbaus auf Mallorca ein. It was a delightful day, Julia and Michael, operators of this tour, are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They covered not only the history of Mallorca’s wine production, but shared with us some interesting stories about places we visited. Winery excursions have been well organized, we met with wineries owners and observed steps of wine making process. We met the people who really in love with their profession and happy to share their knowledge with everybody. The lunch was served in small local restaurant and was delicious with many choices of local cuisine. We highly recommend to take this tour to anyone. Julia, Michael, thank you for the wonderful day!
