If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Used the company for Punta Cana airport to Dreams Macao transfers for 3 different waves of travellers. Great easy communication, excellent service, extremely flexible scheduling, very cool vehicles (and thanks for the onboard drinks, very nice touch !). Easy to find them at the airport with the big signs with our names on them, and very timely every time ! I strongly recommend using this local business as opposed to the bigger chains - much cheaper, friendlier and much easier to deal with. Feels like family ! Wishing them all the best in 2022, and we can't wait to see you guys again !!The services were on time both at the airport and picking us up from the resort.
