The driver didn’t answer my correspondence and never showed. The support staff took a long time to confirm they weren’t answering meanwhile I have a plane to catch. No offer of another driver just send a picture of where you were and we’ll see about a refund. It did result in a nice high speed trip to the airport with a different carrier

Can’t fault the transfer. Communication. 10/10. Prompt and careful driver. Would definately recommend

Pickup was right at the exit from customs, name placard clear and visible. The ride was on time, which helped as we were commuting from the airport to the rail station to meet people and make our next connection. Driver was professional, helpful, provided a few tips to avoid wasting time and hassle (don’t use porters at train station, not necessary).

Dilapidated little car. Incapable driver, got lost even with gps on simple route. Not what was promised at time of booking.

A perfect airport transfer. The driver contacted me the day before my trip, so that I’d have his WhatsApp number. When I arrived in Delhi, the driver had a sign with my name printed clearly, so I had no trouble finding him.

My parents were biting Mumbai and we organised transport from their hotel to the airport via Jay Ginnal from taxi bazaar.
