A friend took us to Amin’s store, The Silver Hut. We ended up going every day we were there to buy something new because he had great quality, and beautiful items. Amin treated us like friends and he is extremely caring. Every activity we wanted to do he helped us set up with a personal driver and tour guide. Prices were much cheaper at his store and the kindness he showed to me and my friends will always be remembered. He also has the most beautiful surreys to wear to the Taj Mahal! My friend ripped hers and without questions he gladly replaced it for her for free. Amin shows the best customer service we have ever seen in India. I highly recommend visiting his store (which has been featured in Lonely Planet) and using his services. He is very trustworthy, kind and looks out for his customers. Below I put a picture of my Surrey Dress and India Star Ring. The guide also took amazing pictures of us while at the Taj Mahal! No need to hire the photographers, we got hundreds of awesome shots! He was also very knowledgeable about the history and when we were hungry they took us to a clean, beautiful restaurant nearby.Excellent trip to Taj Mahal which was made comfortable by extremely good service of Amin Tours. Amin was very flexible, due to some timing issues with flights arriving the morning of the tour, but we managed to set off about 7.00am and had the best driver and tour guide for our visit to the Taj Mahal. We had a lovely lunch included, saw some shops in Agra - all in all, a fantastic day. We picked up our tour guide in Agra, Hillal, we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. And he was an excellent photographer too! We got some amazing photos in front of the taj and great detail on the history of the taj and Agra as we walked round. Excellent value for money, five stars doesn’t feel like enough. He organised for a snake charmer to be at the lunch place but be warned - snakes have teeth removed and this is not a nice industry I have since found out - please don't tip the snake charmers. The fort is equally as fascinating as the Taj Mahal itself - the last stop whilst showing you how things are made is a 'shopping stop' - beautiful works but know that is the expectation of the last stop. I am writing this review for two tours: Delhi Agra Delhi one-day tour by car and Jaipur Pink City (Trip Advisor does not let write two separate reviews for the same company even if the reviews are for different tours and guides) Delhi - Agra - Delhi one-day tour We are very satisfied with the quality of the service provided. The driver was very professional. In Agra we were accompanied by a very knowledgeable and professional guide who conducted the tour in French (our small group was from France and Switzerland). Jaipur Pink city one-day tour We arrived in Jaipur from Delhi by plane and took this one-day tour. Raghu who was our guide is very professional and knowledgeable of the history and culture of Jaipur and Rajasthan. He showed us all the major sights and even some extra ones which were not in the programme. His comments were very interesting, and we learned a lot. The driver of the car was very professional too and took good care of us. The Manager of the company Mr. Amin handled the bookings very efficiently and replied to our queries even late in the evening. Excellent service. And, of course, the sights in Agra – Taj Mahal and Jaipur are magnificent!
