Our family booked a day trip to Sintra and Cascais with Jorge in June, 2023. He was an outstanding guide — highly knowledgeable, witty, and very focused on meeting the needs of our group. One reason we selected this group was their ability to accompany us inside monuments/castles, etc. to tell us the history of the places — many tour guides offered by the hotel were available, but were really more drivers and could not come inside the historic sites which was something that we wanted. Overall, this was a 5/5 tour and guide. Private car and guide experience were among the best we’ve had.

We had an excellent, customized, private tour today with Pedro from Premiere Tours. He picked us up from our Lisbon hotel in a very comfortable Mercedes sedan for a full day trip to Sintra and the coast. Pedro is a great driver, informative, and engaging with a fun sense of humor. During the day, he shared a lot of Portugal and Lisbon’s history with us. We also had interesting conversations about family and daily life. That personal touch made is what made the tour special. Despite the rain, we were able to visit the Peña Palace and the National Palace. We also visited the beach towns of Estoril and Cascais. We especially liked going out to lunch with Pedro at Estrella da Serra and stopping at Boca Inferno for a great photo op. We highly recommend Premiere Tours and Pedro for your customized day trips.

We did a day tour to Sintra, Belem, and Cascais. Jorge was incredibly knowledgeable! He and Nuno took great care of us throughout the day and customized the day to fit our needs. We learned so much about Portuguese history which elevated our experience a lot. They also provided great recommendations for the remainder of our time in Portugal. Prior to booking our tours, Jorge provided excellent customer service answering my questions. The vehicle was comfortable and very clean. Our driver & guide, Sandra was very personable, professional and made us feel very safe on our tours. She shared her knowledge and suggestions on what to do but also allowed us free time for photos, shopping, etc. Premier Tours was able to accommodate us at short notice for a tour the next day. We really enjoyed our tours of Sintra, Caixcas, Nazare & Obidos. We highly recommend their services-thank you for 2 great days of touring.

I am overwhelmed trying to express how wonderfully we enjoyed this tour! Informative, immersive, thoughtful, educational, beautiful are terms that are just the start. By the end we felt that Paulo was more than a guide but a friend. Next time we are in Lisbon we would like to experience the Templar tour!

We took a day trip with Paulo as our guide and driver. Paulo was extremely well informed , friendly and helpful. My parents who are elderly were with me and he was extremely helpful in assisting them everywhere we went. He went out of his way to ensure they were comfortable and we had a great day with him !

We had a lovely relaxed day with Paulo picking us up in a comfortable 8 seater Mercedes Van ( for 4 of us) and taking us to see the highlights of Sintra, Cascais and Estoril. He knew where to stop for best photos, gave us some pertinent history, was very accomodating to our every need, looked up additional information from the proceeding day we had questions about. He is a lovely man and a pleasure to spend time with. His English is excellent. My only criticism would be it would have been good to have him go with us in the Pena Palace. He did rejoin us there but late in the tour and we found ourselved listening to other people's guides for information.

Jorge made us feel comfortable and we loved his passion for his beautiful country. We had a flight delay on our first day and Jorge stayed out later than usual with us, which we greatly appreciated. He was very professional and kind and taught us so much about Portugal. The van was clean and had Wifi and he had water and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back and will definitely choose Premiere Tours again!

Jorge is an extremely well educated, amiable, professional guide with a passion for his country. His English is impeccable and his knowledge of the history, culture, and ins and outs of the sites we visited was masterful. I will definitely return to Portugal and use Jorge's services again. As our guide in Portugal he made it "our Portugal (we are returning, it was that amazing - and will again have Jorge be our guide!). It wasn't just a tour - It was a wonderful experience that made us fall in love with a country and it's people. We would have enjoyed Portugal without his tours, but Jorge made it very special for us. He is professional, courteous, fun to be with and treats his clients as his guests in his country. He imparted so much information, history and culture to us - there was not one question re: the above that he could not answer...it was an education and an adventure. His knowledge of Portugal's history and culture is amazing. Besides showing us the beauty of his country at the usual places (Sintra, Cascais, etc..) he always added some unique additions that just made the tours beyond the usual. Fizemos o pesseio em 3 pessoas em uma van nova e espaçosa. Nosso guia, o Sr. João, foi pontual, gentil e demonstrou conhecer os locais que visitamos, passando informações e respondendo nossas perguntas. Recomendo a empresa e, particularmente, o passeio de Sinta, Cascais e costa do Estoril que fizemos.

O Guia chegou no horário combinado o que já faz o passeio começar com o pé direito. O João foi muito competente, totalmente conhecedor da história de cada local visitado. Senhor educado e muito gentil. Gente... não percam a indicação do almoço na Toca do Júlio....Olha !!! O bacalhau de lá é imperdível. Recomendo o passeio. É um custo benefício que vale muito a pena. Obrigada a equipe que desde o primeiro contato nos transmitiu confianca e tranquilidade. Outro detalhe importante é que o carro era confortável e limpo.
