HJ is a wonderful tour guide. He really knows his history and his food and boy is there a lot of food. The pace of cycling is nice and relaxed and there is plenty of time to enjoy the sights. A major highlight is this tour took us to an area we would probably never have gone to and we tried food we would never have tried. All of the food was wonderful! Be prepared to get hot and drink lots of water! As an added bonus HJ is a lovely man and a handy photographer! I highly recommend this fun, informative and slightly crazy tour😊Ray is a great guy who has lots of cool info on Singapore. We really enjoyed his knowledge of Singapore. Ray is a great guy who has lots of cool info on Singapore. We really enjoyed his knowledge of Singapore. But the "food" part of the tour wasn't a food tour. He took us to one place, plopped us down, and started bringing plates and bowls of food. That isn't what food tour people want. We wanted to go to a variety of places, have some nibbles and continue on to the next place, all the while learning about the dish, what's in it, and why we are eating it -maybe something special about the chef/cook. We went to one place, ate a ton of food andthat was it - for the food. He did take us to a very cool Hindu temple and gave us info about Chinatown as we walked around. But for what we paid and what we got in terms of food -the tour was disappointing.HJ was the perfect, friendly, caring and knowledgable guide. Highly recomendable if you want to get a taste of authentic Singapore and it’s cuisine. We loved HJ’s explanations of history, culture and religion in Singapore and it was a pleasure to chat to him about daily life as a Singaporean. It was great to see the market and learn about the ingredients that went into the delights we sampled - go with an empty stomach to make the most of every food stop. Thanks HJ, we had a fantastic time!!!Definitely go on this bike tour if you are keen to experience authentic Singapore. Definitely go on this bike tour if you are keen to experience authentic Singapore. HJ was an amazing guide- very knowledgeable about the history, culture and religion in Singapore- not to mention he texted me to ensure we met at the station. We felt very looked after and he took us to multiple food markets, historical sites, temples and more. Just make sure you go hungry because you will have the opportunity to try so many cuisines along your journey! All of the food is included in the tour - it’s a great value!I organised this Food Bike Tour for 14 ladies from the British Association here in Singapore, I myself have been on the tour a number of times and wanted the BA to experience the fun of this wonderful bike tour. I organised this Food Bike Tour for 14 ladies from the British Association here in Singapore, I myself have been on the tour a number of times and wanted the BA to experience the fun of this wonderful bike tour. Our tour guides Han & Wyman were fantastic and kept us informed all the way round on the local foods we were trying and also some history of Katong & Joo Chiat. I would highly recommend this bike tour especially if your interested in trying local dishes and have a morning to spare! Only advise is, don't eat breakfast beforehand as this will keep you going for a very long time. Thanks again Han & Wyman and look forward to the next tour. Fantastic foodie tour of Singapore with Han exploring and tasting the local sites. Very accommodating for our family as we were late due to flight delays. Our teenage kids loved the bike riding of perfect length and tasty food. Whilst my husband loved the history and cultural engagement. Han was well prepared with ponchos and wet wipes for sticky fingers. Come hungry!
