The visit to Cu Chi was perfect. We enjoyed it very much.
You can go through the tunnels that VC used to go.
I really enjoyed the tunnels and our tour guide was so funny and informative and spoke English really well. The air conditioned bus was definitely nice and although you stop at an art shop the art is quite beautiful and I ended up buying something. I did the tour as a solo traveler and it was nice to be around other people for the day and learn so much! Definitely wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty / can crouch in for a long period of time if you plan to go inside the tunnels (which I would highly recommend). The tour was very timely, too.
Our Guide Selena Hang well equipped with answers about history not only on Cu Chi Tunnel but Vietnam as a whole. She brought us around Cu Chi with confidence and good command of English. She highlighted fine pointers that will be in our memory forever. Thank you Selena Hang n Vietnam.
A good time spent for a day trip to tunnels to learn a piece of Vietnam’s history. My wife and I enjoyed the tour and our guide Duc, was extremely entertaining!
This tour was very interesting as tour guide Jackie provided a lot of context and history around the Vietnamese fight for independence and the building of the tunnel network.
Steven was good guide. He is well informed young man. Cu Chi Tunnels are an interesting place, it's a good experience.
Had Tung/Pine as guide for the trip. He gave short informative history of the Vietnam war and was attentive to the crowd.
Aside from the cu chi tunnel, manage to shoot some bullets at own cost.
Great guide and facilities! I'm glad I went on the trip however it was a long bus ride there and back for a relatively short experience and I didn't learn much that i couldn't have online. Was good to physically experience the original tunnel though, and the one expanded for tourists.
Me and my husband joined the Cu Chi tunnels tour with the tour guide called Pine:) He was very informative and has a sense of humor. We enjoyed the trip very much
Our guide PaperMan was awsome. Overall, it was an interesting tour, full of information about the tunnels, the war and the Vietnamese people's life.
Historic site that is well worth visiting. The best part of the tour was the special insights from the guide Tuan. Tuan was an American War veteran that actually spent time during the war in the Cu Chi area so he was able to give first hand knowledge of the area, how it impacted the war, and what the area was like during the war. Only criticism of the tour was the planned stop at a place just to try and sell souvenirs. Expect about 3-4 hours in a bus round trip, with about 2 hours at the tunnels themselves.
Really enjoyed the trip. Our guide was amazing and gave us so much information throughout the tour. His English was great.
Our guide, Fa, was extremely interesting. He told us about the history of the area as well as Vietnam as a whole. He drew on personal experiences to bring more life to the tour. Highly recommended.
We had a great day, I would highly recommend going to the Cu Chi tunnels when you visit HCM. The tour guide, Fa, made our day by telling interesting stories about the war. We could understand his English well. Definitely worth a visit with tour guide Fa!
Trip was great. Special treat was shooting with ak47 and M1 (extra payment and expensive)
Our guide (Dao) was one of the best I had in Vietnam with perfect English, lot of knowledge and cute sense of humor :) I highly recomend!
It was a very informative tour provided by Lockie, our tour guide. Great experience and history tour.
Sally was our tour guide. She was very detailed and friendly. The trip was amazing and must see attraction in Vietnam!
Our guide was really informative and feel that he made every person very welcome and was also friendly would recommend your services to everyone What a great day out we had
Really great morning tour with Jackie - he was really good at explaining the history of the war and the tunnels, had a lot of energy and was really fun for the day. The tunnels are touristy, but we seemed to do our best to avoid as may of the other tourists as possible which was nice. The bus was really nice and cool which was great on a half day. We didn't get lunch as part of the tour, but on the way back Jackie stopped and bought us each a little baked good for the ride home :)
Our guide Duc is pationate about this subject and very informative. His English was clear enough for his sense of humour to come through. We did feel a bit rushed although it is a long day and we weren’t home till after dark. Worth an early start. We were at 8 am.
I highly recommend this tour with the funny and super smart guide, Vu. I took the morning tour on 23 November as a solo female traveler and ended up learning so much in such a short trip. Cu Chi is very significant to the history of conflict in Vietnam. Our guide, Vu, made us appreciate this effectively. She also made the trip enjoyable by ensuring we feel comfortable to ask questions, enjoying the tour at a leisurely pace and that we are laughing and having a good time. Thank you!
it was a great 1/2 day tour of the Cu Chi tunnels. Our guide - Mr Long was very informative and able to give us a great history
Great trip to learn about brave Vietnamese people! feel a huge respect for that what they needed to do to survive. All tourist should visit the place and crawl inside the tunnel.
This tour was very informative with our tour guide Zedd. Zedd was very helpful and informative. This tour was such an education and in my view is a must do if you visit Vietnam. Ask for you tour guide to be Zedd !!
A nice tour guide! His English communication skill is quite good! He is very patient to hear visitors' questions and answer in detail.
My husband and I went on the Cu Chi tunnel tour with local tour guide Tiger. We did not enjoy the tour he led and found the information he shared to be quite limited, delivered poorly, and his jokes outdated and not funny. The Cu Chi Tunnels themselves are interesting but we would recommend if booking through Viator who have a very easy booking process and good prices requesting an alternative tour guide to lead the tour to make it a more enriching experience.
The half-day trip was amazing and very much suit my time slot. It was a group of 20 people which was a perfect size in my view. The guide was an english-speaking and had a sense of humor, moreover, he managed the group quite professionally and comprehensively.
Tiger is a very informative guide, very good value trip.
Highly recommend doing this tour I am reluctant to see war history but I must admit its has a learning experience of the depth of it all and how far people are willing to go to fight in it. A casual insight and reminder of Vietnam war time, the tunnels are not for the faint hearted, I preferred to stay atop.
