I booked a 4 hour wine tour with this tour company as a shore excursion. The website advises you to get a group together to reduce the price per person. I booked a 4 hour wine tour with this tour company as a shore excursion. The website advises you to get a group together to reduce the price per person. I gathered a group of 8 people through cruise critic and had paid in full for the tour. Tonight, 36 hours before the tour was supposed to start, I received an email telling me the tour was cancelled. To make things worse, no reason was even given. I now am left with no excursion in Marseille (which also happens to fall on a milestone birthday for my husband), at the very last minute. If you cannot rely on a tour company to honour their commitments WITHOUT EVEN AN EXPLANATION, then they are of little value.
