Overview
You will learn to cook some of the typical dishes of the Apulian tradition in the company of an expert cook, in the splendid setting of a true and ancient Masseria. Moreover this package includes the transfer that will pick you up from Alberobello and will accompany you at the end of the activity

What to expect
You will meet the driver in Alberobello and leave for a real 1400 family-run farm. Here you will be welcomed by the owners who will show you the Masseria and the vegetable garden, where you will learn to recognize wild herbs, some necessary as an ingredient. You will choose from the pantry all the necessary ingredients, including extra virgin olive oil, "senator cappelli" flour, jams and you will begin the preparation in the company of the owners, experts in the Pugliese cuisine. You will prepare a complete menu with an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert and then you can taste it all in a convivial lunch.

Very good and tasteful Italian food made with local ingredients. The hosts Myrian and Ben were wonderful. We could have spent 4 hours instead of 3. We were a bit in a hurry. We would definitely recommend this place.
