Another great tour by LivTours. Well organized, easy to find and excellent guide, Ribil. He knew his subject matter and responded to all questions and was very accommodating in requests. He navigated through the crowds like the professional that he is. He provided historical as well as current context on the Forum and the Colosseum. This was our third trip with LivTours and we cannot recommend them enough. They have excellent communication. Every guide that we have had has been knowledgeable and professional plus great storytellers and a sense of humor.

You will miss out on so much if you don’t take the underground tour, and don’t plan to get tickets for this tour on the day you get there because it will be impossible!

It was great to tour the underground and arena floor of the Colosseum, as well as visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. However, what makes a tour great is having a guide who is so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the information, that you forget the large crowds around you. Valentina was the best guide we've had on our trip!

It was early in season, so we were fortunate to have a private tour with Serena. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught us about the history of Ancient Rome. It was a vacation highlight. She was very informative and answered all our questions. She was very tentative to us and made sure we were OK eith the walking. We were even able to stop at the book shop and waited for us. Because of my wife's pregnancy, she made sure she was able to walk on the uneven path. We highly recommend her for her knowledge and friendliness. We would go to her again.

Best Tour I have ever been on. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything. We walked straight past all the lines and had no wait time for anything. Definitely suggest going in the morning. The crowds were lighter, and you had a little bit more space to go see all the sights.

So glad we booked a small group tour! Dario was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and a little theatrical so his delivery was capturing. He answered any questions we had and offered to take pictures when we wished. What a great experience! Lastly…I felt like a celebrity getting to skip the line that wrapped around the outside of the colosseum. That alone was worth the price.
