We were picked up at 8:30am and spent numerous hours picking up others and being transferred to a larger bus with other tours to get to the first location. Very little was communicated the entire time and we spent 9 fo the 13 hour excursion riding on a bus. (We were staying 2 hours away.) The tour wasn’t guided and almost no history was given about the sites we visited. We were just dropped and told to be back in an hour at each spot. The two ruins we visited were incredible but it was overshadowed by countless hours of being shuffled on and off a bus and driving for what seemed like an eternity. When we finally returned to our hotel at 10pm all options for dinner had closed. Overall it was incredibly disappointing.Great Time and Experience! Augustine was amazing and very friendly. definitely recommend. picked up on time, the buffet was good ...and everything remained on schedule as planned
