Excellent on time buses to all attractions . However some audio systems not working on all seats.Overall a good walking city but bus good for quickly getting to the best places.

We could not get on the bus at Stop 1 due to the crowds so we decided to walk to the Plaza de Spana. After exploring that area, we never saw a bus again. Very disappointed.

What a waste of time and money! Very disappointed in both the tour and bus information. The bus stops are not marked, the map is useless and the bus runs once every 1 hour 15 mins. Most of the best views attractions are within lovely parks, surrounded fantastic trees, so you need to get off to even see them. If you do get off, expect to wait a long time till the next bus. Traffic in Seville is also very congested with hundreds of traffic lights, so expect to sit on top and fry in the sun. The commentary is very poor, not much information about the sites and it’s difficult to hear, over repetitive background music on earphones. For us it was a total waste of time and money. better to use taxies or rent a bike if you can manage as it’s very flat. If in doubt give it a miss.

We lined up and we were told it'd be 10-15 minutes for the bus. Instead it took 1h20 to leave. The organization was really poor on the company's side. Left at stop 4 and went to the POIs on our own.

Not informing, more music than narration. Music played over narration. Traffic made the tour long and boring. Big improvements needed.

We as a family have used Hop on/off busses in several cities across the world. The buses in Saville were not very frequent and when they did come the earphone port was generally broken, or it wasn’t possible to change the language!

Terrible company! Never take the red bus tours ever! They almost ruined our holiday. We paid €124 and couldn't use the buses at all as they were so late! The app gave all wrong times, the buses were 40-45 min late! The green ones seemed better.

We went right round the loop to see the whole city and then on the second run we got off where we wanted to explore. Brilliant

The stops are NOT clearly labeled. We BARELY missed the bus TWICE and the drivers did not care. We had three children with us running to catch the bus and we waved them down and tapped on the door and window. The first time was because we stood at the wrong end of the bus stop waiting. we literally watched it arrive and leave us. It was our very first time and first hour to explore Sevilla so had no idea where the bus actually stopped at this certain station. The driver looked right at my husband and me and just ignored us and kept going. So we had to wait another 30 minutes to catch the next one. Both times the drivers did not care that we were trying to get on. This is not a tour. It is just another public transportation. One of the buses didn’t even tell us what stop we were at. Would not recommend.

Do not buy this tour if it’s raining! We bought this tour from the tourist office after they had told us if it was raining, the upper floor would be under cover. When we got to the bus stop, there were about 12 people in front of us as the bus was full and no seats inside. As it was pouring with rain we obviously didn’t want to sit on the top deck and get soaked. The next bus was another 15 mins and were told no guarantee of a space or that it would be covered top and the people in front had already waited an hour. Some ladies behind us had waited 2hrs at another stop and been told to come to this one. We bought a green tour ticket, got a seat straight away, excellent commentary, no complaints. Went back to tourist office snd after a bit of haggling got a refund.

Some where along Stop 11 it was announced that Stops 12/13 were temporarily closed and so the bus went directly along the waterfront to the next stop 14. We had limited time and thus missed several desired attractions to visit.When we thought of possibly re -boarding at Stop 2, I asked a company employee at the Hop/Hop Off stand if the #11 and #12 were still closed. He asked a driver of a bus that happened to just arrive if the stops were still closed and the driver responded that they were now open. However the time was too late as we had made other plans. The company wrote the following" After thorough investigation with our supplier, we have received confirmation that the buses were operating as usual on the day in question, and no stops were closed." The company refused any compensation let alone an apology.

Awful ! Went to the bus stop on the first day and they packed the bus until at least 20 people were standing. The commentary was very poor with little detail given. On the return journey an announcement came on to say that the route had changed slightly. But we weren't told how or what that meant. Turned out that it meant it wasn't stopping at our stop leaving us a good 1/2 hour walk from our apartment! When we asked why it hadn't stopped the driver walked off aggressively and the girl on the ticket stand said we should have got off at another stop. But no- one told us which stop to get off at ! Paid for a taxi back. Next morning, our stop wasn't in use due the Easter prep, but no sign on the stop or a warning when we booked. Walked to the next stop. Waited 15 mins for a bus which arrived virtually full. Allowed 10 people on , then told we would need to wait 30 mins for the next bus ! Got another taxi. Didn't bother trying again. So we paid £108 for 1 bus journey for 4 people. Taxis and a good guide book much better value for money. Will be applying for a refund.

Had seen reviews before our visit saying this was not worth it but our friend’s parents had just been to Seville and told us they thought it was worth doing. After doing it, I would agree it’s not the best bus tour I’ve done and probably not worth doing as all the main sites are within walking distance and the audio commentary didn’t add lots to the experience. Also didn’t let me buy a ticket on my iphone so had to purchase on my partners phone (android). Bus stops weren’t clearly marked so needed to use the ‘street view’ on their app to work out where to wait.

Absolutely awful . Had to change bus near bull ring had to wait half an hour for new bus to next stop. The next day one of the guides asked me what time the bus went or did I see it go by . Expo area is awful everywhere locked up and eerie.

I have done Hop On Hop Off in many European cities and this was the worst. The audio was not consistent with the sites and there were often no buildings around that aligned to the audio. Among the worst, was Plaza de Espana where the audio was playing behind the monument and one block after. I knew this because I toured it the day before. There was also no history offered. Also, the audio around the country pavilions of the 1929 exhibition were comical - they noted the Mexico, Colombia, and US pavilions with no view of anything. A complete waste of money!

We arrived at the location and they told us that the wait was 30, but it was 50. The bus arrived and they didn't have room for us. So we had to wait another 30 min. They did one or two stops and they stopped for another 20 min at midpoint- as far as the tour itself, there was minimal details and barely spoke about the city. Did not learn anything. Take a walking tour or a tuk tuk on your 1st day,

Usually do one of these tours to get the feeling of the place but this was sub par. Despite having a bus sitting at stop (with engine running) “incase we need more seats”, I was told I had to either get on the full bus or wait half an hour. Only seat was at bottom at back (where half the window is a diagonal panel). Driving very jerky with hard acceration, and commentary minimal. I cannot recommend this to anyone but there’s an alternative operator which could be worth checking out.

Only given 4 as I just used once to circuit the whole of Seville as I was short of time…. I didn’t start using it until 2pm as did a bike tour in the morning…. It was great to do and see further afield, albeit better planning by me might’ve meant I used hop on and off more. Would recommend but only if not doing too much in a day … it’s a beautiful city 🥰🫶

Negative unfortunately. We were disappointed that the Automotive Museum was closed and should have been alerted when booking. We booked for the Thursday because the Flamenco show was not available on the Wednesday.
