Half of upstairs was air-conditioned which was great, but the commentary wasn't particularly good. A strange focus on the history of the street names!! Very expensive ticket cost compared to most local attractions.

Awful experience. My wife and I have used City Sightseeing across Europe and Asia and my experience has always been awesome. It’s a great way of seeing a city on limited time and especially when it’s steaming hot. However, this experience was a disaster. Buses are very infrequent and there’s no clear signage showing the stops to board. When we asked for a refund because we couldn’t see (let alone board) a bus, we were told we didn’t meet the cancellation policy. This last bit was true but hardly fair and reasonable for an unused service. Avoid at all costs.Don’t waste your money. This was a terrible experience for our family. Barely any commentary and then when they did mention something it was about a street being renamed. (How is that relevant to tourists?) Don’t waste your money. This was a terrible experience for our family. Barely any commentary and then when they did mention something it was about a street being renamed. (How is that relevant to tourists?) Didn’t highlight any interesting places of interest eg. we rode past Book Street in complete silence! Majority of the “tour” was in silence. Waste of time and money. Was expecting a hop on hop off experience - listening to the story of the city and it’s notable buildings - if you are expecting that, this is not that tour. Was expecting a hop on hop off experience - listening to the story of the city and it’s notable buildings - if you are expecting that, this is not that tour. You cannot hop in and hop off (despite the name) if you get off you have to pay to get back on - suggest the operator changes the name. Audio head phones are provided - the tour takes an hour but there is virtually no information or narrative but bizarrely 3 or 4 time we were told about the relatively mundane history of a few streets being renamed. There we were cruising past some glorious, old building but no history or narrative of with the building or cut it was provided just silence - and then Every ten minutes or so a few sentence on how the road we were travelling down once had a different name - what a wasted opportunity!Very expensive for what you get. Very expensive for what you get. Poor commentary, told things out of order or unable to recognise what they are talking about. Had to wait for over an hour for buses in hot sun. No signage of bus pick up locations. Guides on bus very rude and poor knowledge of attractions eg. Cost for entery, what to see or do. Not worth it can organise set city tours for same price and get better servicePoor content in commentary. We got off at stop 3. They are supposed to be every 30 minutes. We waited with others for 75 minutes, no bus. On calling they said it would be another 15 minutes. We gave up and walked. I have sent 2 emails requesting a refund within reply.
