This was a real surprise gem on our recent trip. We were a little unsure due to it only having one review on here, but booking onto it was the best decision we could have made. Our tour guide, Roberta, was absolutely brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable and great fun. She showed us some lovely little spots around Sorrento, away from the tourist traps, providing some fascinating history and information. After around an hour, we arrived at a little deli where we were provided with an amazing selection of cheeses, meats and bread, accompanied by a very large glass of local wine. After a bit of time here, we continued the tour, finally arriving at a place that grows lemons and makes local limoncello, which we of course all sampled! This was a great experience, at a perfect time of the evening and was excellent value considering the included food and drink and informative tour. We highly recommend...and did to other guests staying at our hotel!Fantastic tour! Nino was an incredible guide and we had the best time. The food was delicious, and we learnt all the best places to go in Sorrento. Plus, learning about the history and architecture of the town was an added bonus.

Met this group at Piazza Tasso, we walked and learned about the history, architecture, little private spots away from the buzzing and enjoyed a most glorious tasting of different cheeses, meats, breads, olives, wine at a small terrace followed by a visit to some artesian shops away from the tourist area and a final visit to a lemon grove for some limoncello. Truly enjoyable. Thank you Nino.Very knowledgeable on the history of Sorrento, shown street and building characteristics that you wouldn’t have noticed just wandering around. Very knowledgeable on the history of Sorrento, shown street and building characteristics that you wouldn’t have noticed just wandering around. For food you visit a local shop that makes the cheese and bread daily. You get a choice of a glass of red or white wine with this. You are taken to the publicly open lemon farm and get a tester of 3 types of lemon cello. However this you can do for free on your own. It would have been better if we got to see how the lemoncello or cheese was made.Nino was a fantastic local guide! He knew so much about Sorrento! Nino was a fantastic local guide! He knew so much about Sorrento! We were given an entertaining history lesson and architectural explanation for the development of Sorrento over the years. He introduced us to local merchants, grocers, artisans all of whom explained their art to us and showed us some of the process. We learned so much about the local culture. I recommend this tour highly if you are a traveler who wants to know about a place you’ve chosen to visit.Excellent tour by Roberta. Excellent tour by Roberta. Learned about the history of Sorrento, and the farming of Lemons in the area. Had a stop at a small shop where we learned a little about cheese, past and had a great treat of bruschetta, some meats and cheeses and wine. Was so go we went back to buy some cheese, EVO and Balsamic vinegar to bring home. Didn't really learn anything about oils on the tour, but it was a great walk through old Sorrento with an authentic local guide.
