Chambord is enormous! And while we are very able hikers/walkers and very fit, to make the equestrian and gardens would have been a challenge. They have golf carts to rent but only for 45 minutes and the cost outrageous making this option useless. GYG tickets were helpful for sure but there were n...
Chambord is enormous! And while we are very able hikers/walkers and very fit, to make the equestrian and gardens would have been a challenge. They have golf carts to rent but only for 45 minutes and the cost outrageous making this option useless. GYG tickets were helpful for sure but there were no lines here or timed entry. Make sure you have access to the actual voucher they send you as many times at the gate they needed that - not the QR code on our confirmation. Always take the printed guide provided at the gate - you will need it for this one!Maria Luisa

Very enjoyable experience. The company was efficient and friendly. The trip depends on how the wind blows, in our case we got to see much of Amboise and the Loirre river. Sunrise was stunning.
