Tanino Restaurant surprises with its excellent gastronomy and service, in a cozy atmosphere surrounded by beautiful gardens and breathtaking views of the vineyard.
Our gastronomic team alongside chief winemaker Alberto Guolo work together to accomplish a perfect balance between our wines and each preparation on the menu.
Fresh ingredients, local products and a modern cuisine which incorporates fish and seafood, meats and pasta. A gastronomic experience full of flavors and textures that highlight the best of our wines.
Furthermore, for guests who like to innovate, we developed the “Atrévete” (“Dare!”) concept, which invites you to try non-traditional pairings that will astound your senses.
Tanino has been recognized as one of the 20 best vineyard restaurants in the world by the Canadian magazine Wine Access.

We had an excellent day with Gabriel as our guide. We stopped at 3 different vineyards each with a slightly different style and types of wine. The first had amazing scenery and an excellent guide through our tasting. The second stop had newer twists on combinations of grapes & wines that were unique. The third was again on a beautiful piece of property with an excellent restaurant for lunch. Overall this was an excellent tour of vineyards in the Casablanca region and a relaxing way to explore amazing Chilean wine.Unfortunately we did not get to visit the vineyards from Casablanca because they closed due to the holidays. Unfortunately we did not get to visit the vineyards from Casablanca because they closed due to the holidays. The tour company reached out to us and managed to get two alternative vineyards for us to visit. I highly recommend visiting Undurraga vineyard, the tour is awesome and the wine is superb. Concha y Toro is not that good, the tour is too fast and commercial and the wine tasting runs way to fast for you to truly appreciate it.The wineries were beautiful with friendly service. Also, the wine tastings were great! We tasted several wines and had a nice tour at Veramonte Winery. Very clean

Great tour and the company with 3 other guest was very good. We had a great time. The driver and tour guide knew a lot about the area and about wine. Only negative was when he rewrote the history in defend of the dictator. I dislike any talk about politics and what he said was totally wrong compared to the history books. That is simply wrong. But the selection of wine yards was really good and two of them was extra good in different ways.We had a fabulous day. Gabriel was a great guide, informative about Chile and its history. We had a fabulous day. Gabriel was a great guide, informative about Chile and its history. His English was excellent. There were only 4 of us on this tour, and our experience was made so much better by our delightful companions. We visited 3 wineries, all very different, which was perfect, and learnt a lot about the many wines we tasted. This is a beautiful wine region and well worth a day of anyone's time.
