Following a short half hour hike up the canyon, a three-hour adrenaline rush-filled descent through waterfalls and emerald pools is waiting for you.

The rafting was great fun and the guides are entertaining but at the same time extremely safe . The activity is highly recommended. We also did canyoning in Fratarica.... now this is a whole other level of awesome. It is challenging, scary at times but a totally amazing experience. The guide we had was excellent and made sure we were safe at all times. We are a couple with teen age children. For the canyoning you definitely need to be in good physical shape. I would like to thank sportmix for the pictures you send at no extra cost to us. Great memories for 2 great days!!The canyoning experience in Fratarica canyon was well worth it's money. We had a really great experience canyoning with SportMix. When I booked the activity I immediately got a friendly reply and when we arrived we were welcomed by the staff with open arms. Our guide did an amazing job guiding us through this gorgeous canyon and he was in general a very pleasant companion to have with us. The canyon is breathtaking and the descents and jumps into the water pushed our boundaries. It was thrilling and beautiful. This was really the highlight of our trip to Slovenia.This company is so very worth all of its 5 stars. We did two trips, white water Kayaking and Canyoning at Fratarica canyon. Both were insanely good, particularly the canyoning which was the perfect balance of adrenaline, fear and fun! Fantastic guides who have amazing English. Will definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone!It was great from start to finish. It was great from start to finish. The guys in the shop were so helpful and our guide Barna was great. He put our safety first but made sure we had a lot of fun. He had to put up with me being scared of some of the jumps but took it in his stride and made me feel as comfortable as possible. We were also a group of only four people (we were told the most they will do is six) so we were well looked after. Another tour group going at the same time as us had an least 12 people in it. The lovely lady at the shop afterwards suggested a fantastic walk to a local waterfall when we asked her somewhere nearby to hike which was one of the best we did here in Bovec. Couldn’t recommend Sport Mix enough.Canyoning Fratarica was one of the best things I have ever done and worth every penny! The staff at sportmix are super friendly, fun and knowledgeable. As scary as an extreme sport like canyoning can be, they went above and beyond to make it a fun and safe environment. 10/10 would recommend!
